1 2013 TECHNO 293 & RACEBOARD AFRICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2 nd to 7 th September 2013 Marina Yasmine, Hammamet, Tunisia ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SHEET The following information is not a part of the rules for the championship. A- ENTRY FEES (N o R.5) A-1- The required fees are: Techno & Race board 50 euro. A-2- A coach entry fee of 30 euro is required for coaches and support personnel. A-3- Entry fees should be paid not later than 25 th August A-4- Late entry by competitors, accepted at registration, may incur late entry of 20 euro. A-5- Entry fees paid at registration shall be paid in cash euro. B- ACCOMMODATION, INTERNAL TRANSPORTATION AND MEALS B-1- A package of 450 euro per person (participant, coach, team leader ) is available including: inscription, accommodation, meals and transportation between the airport and Marina Yasmine Hammamet both ways from the day of arrival to official departure day. B-2-50% of the package fee should be paid by bank transfer not later than 25 th August. B-3-50% of the package fee should be paid at registration. B-4- Late payment will incur a surcharge of 20%. B-5- Competitors and team officials will be housed in Hotel 500 meter far from the competition site. Official accommodation will be available on 2 nd September from 2:00 pm until 8 th

2 September on 11:00 am. B-6- Breakfast and dinner will be served at the hotel, packed lunches will be delivered at the nautical venue. The first official meal will be dinner on 2 nd September and the last official meal will be breakfast on 8 th September. B-7- A damage in room should be charged and will be paid directly to the hotel and may be paid cash or by credit card. B-8- Special food can be provided if requested in advance. Please send any special request to the organizer. B-9- Competitor, coach and support personnel taking other option than organizer s package will need to make their own arrangements for internal transportation, lunch packet C- EARLY ARRIVALS C-1- Teams wishing to arrive before the official arrival date should contact the organizers in order to book accommodation. The daily fee per person per day will be 60 (bed and breakfast). D- SUPPORT BOAT D-1- The cost of support boat is 70 euro per boat and per day including fuel, between 2 nd and 7 th September. Boat should be for two teams (35 euro per team). Reservation form should be sent to the organizer not later than 25 th August. D-2- It is possible to rent a support boat to use before the Official Arrival day (from August 26 th to September 1 st ) at 80 euro per boat and per day including fuel. Reservation of such boats shall be made by filling in the relevant fields in the Support Boat Reservation From and by transferring a sum equivalent to 50 % of the total amount, which should be received before August 20 th. Allocation of early arrival support boats will be made in order of arrival. D-3- Late reservations and payments will incur a surcharge of 20%. E- TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT E-1- Transportation to and from Tunis Carthage Airport will be provided on official arrival and departure days, fee are included in entry cost. E-2- On other days the cost will 30 euro per person each way. F- MISCELANEOUS F-1- Each team is kindly requested to bring its own National Flag (100cm x 150cm) and the National Anthem recorded on CD (Mp3 Format).
