1 Dear Sport friends! We have a great pleasure to invite your club to our VII. International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament PGSE CUP! The competition will be held in Budapest, Hungary on 9-11 November Invited countries Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, Israel, Greece, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine, Moldova, Spain, Estonia, Belgium, Poland and Hungary. Program of tournament: Friday 9 November 2012.: Arrival of delegations, technical meeting of judges and coaches. Saturday 10 November 2012 : Judge meeting, competition, gala show, award ceremony and banquet. Sunday 11 November 2012: Optional program: Sightseeing in Budapest and shopping at Westend City Center This program is 25 EUR / person. Delegation Each delegation will consist of 5 gymnasts, coach and judge. Competition hall Budapest, Hungary Nyir u. 2. -Soroksari Sport Hall Start Fee 35 EUR for each participating gymnast.

2 Accommodation: The delegation has to pay 40 EUR/person/night. Extra person: 50 EUR/night. The price includes: lunch and dinner available for an additional fee you pay at the hotel reception. Banquet is 20 EUR/ person. Hotel address: Airport-Hotel Budapest**** H-2220 Vecsés, Lőrinci u. 130/a Transport: Organizer will provide transport for your delegation from Budapest International Airport, railway station and bus station to the hotel and back. The organizer is also providing the transport from the hotel to the competition hall and back. This price is 10 EUR. Note: Please bring with you 8 copies of D form for each routine of your gymnasts and CD-s. The copies and CD-s have to be given to the organizers on your arrival at the technical meeting. Awards: All participants will receive presents, 1-8 medals and diplomas.
