Exhibitors making payments after the February 18, 2010 deadline are not eligible for this discount. In signing this Application/Contract, Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold LABACE, and Sator Soluções em Eventos Ltda., and their respective officers, employees, members and agents (collectively nominated ORGANIZERS) harmless from and against any and all claims. losses, injuries and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney's fees arising out of or caused by: a) Exhihitor's installation, b) removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the Exhibition premises, or any part thereof, or c) arising out of or caused by Exhibitor's participation in Exhibition activities. Therefore, if any of the above mentioned persons or organizations is involved in any legel action arising from the participation of the Exbibitor in LABACE, the Exhibitor agrees to arrange for their immediate exclusion from said action and, in the event any of them may be required to pay any amounts to third parties. 2 Meeting Room(s) Reservation Form LABACE provides meeting rooms at cost to Exhibitors who require additional meeting space during Show days. However, these rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and any charges for audio/ visual and/or catering are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Also please note LABACE Management is not responsible for providing signage or promotion of meetings. LABACE makes every effort to provide a meeting room thal is appropriate in size and set in the manner required. However, rooms must be shared throughout the course of the Show, and cannot always be laid out as requested. 3 Publication Bins Reservation Request One copy will be returned as acknowledgement As a service to Exhibitors and Publishers of trade pubtications. LABACE 2010 will offer an area of Bins where publications may be displayed in São Paulo. Exhibitors will be provided one free Bin per reserved 3m by 3m (9.8 by 9.8') Booth space - two maximum. Other Publishers may purchase Bins at a cost of US$ 650 per Bin. LABACE Management will assign an attendant to receive shipments, stock Bins and maintain the publications areas. A full-time attendant will be on duty during Show hours. Bins are for publications only. Advertising and promotional materials are not permitted and will be discarded by LABACE Management with no refunds given.
