10 SMAU 2017 SOME CASE STUDIES SMAU LIVE SHOW SMAU ICT THE EVENT THAT COMBINES SUPPLY AND DEMAND OF INNOVATION Industry 4.0, Trade and Tourism, Smart Communities are the main themes of the SMAU Live Show, the new way of matchmaking, modern and efficient, which is able to maximize the networking opportunities between supply and demand of innovation. Each session of 50 minutes is moderated by a journalist of Radio24 who present the case studies winners of SMAU Innovation Award, invited to tell the benefits of their Open Innovation projects or investment in technology among the top managers of the major ICT players or representatives of local institutions, with the aim of sharing experiences and business models for public sector, entrepreneurs and managers. SMAU Live Show allows the company to enable specific actions of PR and media relations, to enhance the customer loyalty, to amplify the visibility of the products or solutions presented, to shake hands with structured companies of the territory and to interact with the entire ecosystem of innovation, from ICT players to institutions. THE DIMENSION OF THE EVENT TAILORED FOR ICT PROFESSIONALS SMAU ICT is a new project completely dedicated to Information and Communication Technology which aims to involve all actors of the ICT sector: companies, professionals, communities, associations and institutions. The project is composed by the contents, through workshops and laboratories, totally dedicated to themes such as Networking, Security, Cloud Computing, Data Center, Virtualization, Storage, Privacy, Unified Communication, Telecommunications, Infrastructure, Backup, Business Continuity, Mobility, etc. The attendees of SMAU ICT are people who have a specific role such as IT Manager, Network Engineer, Security Manager, Datacenter Engineer, CIO and CTO and all figures involved in the assessment and adoption of new technologies in the company. SMAU ICT is an area inside SMAU in which all the ICT services and solutions are located, in addition to a very extensive program of content: workshops, laboratories and case studies. The aim of the project is developing skills and know-how on the latest ICT solutions and creating a fertile ground dedicated to ICT companies that need to get in touch with a targeted audience. The case history will be published online on shared on official social networks of the event and used in the activity of media relations. At the end of the event, the case history will remain on smau.it for journalists and companies. Participation with the case history to one session of SMAU Live Show dedicated to one of the focus of the event linked to the success story. Each session of 50 minutes is moderated by a journalist of Radio 24. After the live session, there will be a networking meeting to enable a further collaboration among the various players involved.
