6 Booking terms and Conditions Christmas Party Night Bookings A non refundable/transferable deposit of 10.00pp is required within 7 days of booking and the balance with menu choices due 4 weeks before the date booked. No refunds are available for a reduction in numbers booked or non-attendance on the date of booking. Turkey & Tinsel, Christmas Package and New Year s Eve Bookings A non refundable/transferable deposit of 50.00pp is required to secure the reservation and balance of account due 4 weeks before date of arrival. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made after 1st December. Check-in is from 12 noon on date of arrival and check-out is no later than 12 noon on date of departure.
