18 terms and conditions 1. Dates & times are offered on a first in basis and tentative bookings will only be held for 7 days. Prompt response is required to secure premium times & dates. 2. A per guest deposit is required within 7 days of booking to confirm the reservation date & time. 3. Final numbers for guests and complete food payment is required to be pre-paid no later than 1 week prior to your reservation. 4. Any changes to final numbers must be in writing to Marco s New York MediaCityUK. Any decrease in numbers within 7 days of the reservation will forfeit their 10.00pp deposit. 5. Any cancellations must be in writing to Marco s New York MediaCityUK. a. Cancellations over 4 weeks before their event will receive their deposit refunded. b. Cancellations less than a month, but longer than a week, will receive 50% return of their deposit. c. Cancellations less than 7 days prior will forfeit their full deposit of per guest. If full food payment has been paid this will be returned minus deposit of 10.00pp as slippage. 6. Prices include VAT at the current rate. 7. A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your bill. Please be aware this is past to our staff.

It is the responsibility of the organiser & guest to inform staff of any allergies. 10. Please advise the team 7 days prior to your reservation of any special dietary requirements. The venue will endeavour to offer a substitute where possible. It is only valid when parties are booked before 31th October 2016 for reservations of 8 or more.
