The exhibition area is located on the ground floor of the Hotel Savoyen Vienna and directly next to the two main conference rooms. This area will be used for all coffee breaks and lunches during the two main conference days. Please note that only one booth size is offered this year: 3,00 x 2,00 meters. Please make sure that your booth size conforms to this measurement.

Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (after selection by interchange sponsors). Once an exhibitor application has been received, an electronic invoice (or receipt/confirmation if credit card is submitted) will be sent via within 5 business days, confirming your space. *NEW* SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY - EXHIBITOR PRIVATE MEETING A number of exhibitors have expressed their wish to demonstrate their products and services during CDISC Interchanges. We understand and value the contribution of our Exhibitors and would like to offer them the opportunity to launch a dedicated Exhibitor Private Session to meet with their existing and potential customers and attract new stakeholders. This opportunity is available to Sponsors and Exhibitors from CDISC Member organizations only. Participation fee is $150 US Dollars (equivalent to 139 Euros) for a one-hour session. Please note that this fee will be waived for Interchange sponsors for sponsorship over $5,000. Sponsorship at this event will broaden your organization s visibility to nearly 390 CDISC Members organizations worldwide. If interested in sponsorship, please contact dharakeh@cdisc.org. Booths will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. We will inform you if your chosen location has been changed or no longer available, by early March. The goal is to encourage our attendees to visit each exhibitor table to increase the amount of contacts you make at our event. How it works: Each conference attendee will receive a bingo card at registration. Attendees must visit all exhibitors listed on the Bingo Card. Exhibitors will be given a self-inking CDISC stamp OR stickers which must be put on your company s square on the Bingo Card. Once registrants have a stamp on every square they can then submit their cards to the CDISC registration desk to be entered into a drawing for three gift cards. After the Draw: Please return the stamps/stickers to our Registration Desk so we can play the Bingo game again next year. Thank you. An account number for the delivery service of choice or the sender s credit card number and expiration date must be included to ensure proper charges by the shipping company. Exhibitors are responsible for scheduling their own pick-ups for all carriers. More than 40 days in advance: 75% refund, days in advance: 50% refund, Less than 25 days notice: no refund. CANCELLATION & GENERAL INFORMATION CDISC reserves the right to deny access to any individual or organization it deems to be inconsistent with the goals of the organization and its members. Security: Exhibitors are responsible for security of their exhibit and its content. Protection, both security and insurance coverage, of exhibitors property is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Indemnity: The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CDISC, its employees and members from any and all liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury or damage to Exhibitor s displays, equipment and other property brought on the premises of the hotel by Exhibitor and for losses, damages and claims caused by Exhibitor to the hotel. Exhibitor further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CDISC, its employees and members from any and all liability to any person or persons for or by reason of any act or omission of said Exhibitor or any of its employees, agents or servants. Exhibitor, by signing the Application, expressly releases the foregoing named association and individuals from any and all liability for losses, claims, damages and injury.
