4 About itsmf International A not-for-profit organisation and theprominent network of IT Service Management practitioners for the on-going development and promotion of IT Service Management "best practice", standards and qualifications. itsmf has been the prime international forum for IT Service Management best practices since The itsmf provides an accessible network of industry experts, information sources and events to address IT service management issues and achieve the agile design of technology enabled enterprise services and delivery of high quality, consistent IT service internally and externally through the adoption of "best practice". Globally, the itsmf has over 6000 member companies, blue chip and public sector alike, covering in excess of 40,000 individuals spread over 50+ Chapters. National chapter members benefit from the sharing of latest intellectual property, case studies, experience and publications, as well as conferences and events around IT Service Management best practices.
