1 European Validation Association (EVA) Presidente: Kathia MUNSCH Tuesday, 8 th of July 2014, Dear Colleagues, This year annual European Teachers Validation Meeting, organised for EVA by Institut M&R (France), will take place in France, on the 23 rd and 24 th of October 2014 (Thursday and Friday) At The Room Tourelle B 18, rue du Sergent Bauchat 75012, PARIS -FRANCE Metro : Line 1 : La Défense/ Château de Vincennes Station : Reuilly Diderot or Nation Line 8 : Balard/Créteil : Sation : Montgalet Line 9 : Pont de Sèvres / Mairie de Montreuil : Station : Nation There were a lot of changes over the past year among the Institute and EVA. We manage to select a list of hostels in Paris near the meeting place which offer us a special price for the occasion: from 89 to 94 per night, breakfast. We enclosed the list of those hotels, but you have to book yourself your stay, directly with the hotel. You can also find a hotel via Booking.com. We also attached to this letter a map of the metro stations with the meeting locations, so you can take an hotel near the direct line of the metro. The time between two stations is around 1 min. The EVA Board, according to the Statutes, and to give a special treat to the members, decided to apply two different prices, one for EVA members and non-members. As the Conference room has limited seats, you have to confirm your participation to the secretary of the Institute by September the 15 th.
