15 Testimonials for logistics in the region The key factor for the decision made by DHL in 2004 to locate its central hub at Airport Leipzig/Halle was the latter s central situation at the heart of Europe but also the potential of highly-motivated labour and perfect road, rail and above all air infrastructures.
