2 Specs and Rate Card for Program Wishes/Ads Recital Yearbook / Program (optional benefit) Recital Yearbook / Programs In response to many requests from students and parents over the years, we are now offering optional Program Wish Ads for purchase by dancer s family and friends to say "Congratulations!", "Great Show!" or "Break-A-Leg"! Programs are free at the door, the day of the show! Your ad may include a picture of your dancer and/or a saying of your choice. This year; there is more! As an AAD dancer we in invite you so help sell advertisements to local businesses for studio credit! Depending on the size ad the business requests, the below chart states the amount of credit you will earn. Instructions must be followed precisely! We want to avoid asking the same businesses more than once! 1. BEFORE approaching any business, you must fill out and submit the Intent to Sell form included in this packet. 2. Once your businesses are approved (by not doubling with any other dancer; first come basic), you can proceed with selling. 3. Using your own or the sample letter provided in this packet, you can now begin asking only the businesses listed on your approved list. 4. Simply submit the Ad Submission Form for any business interested in advertising with payment by May 1st. 5. The business can then their ad to: info@amandasacademy.com, also by May 1st. 6. A credit will then be issued to your account!
