We provide lighting, audio and video equipment and production management services to make our clients events a success, every time. An integrated approach to the visual, audible, creative and technical aspects of an event is what drives our team and is what Blue Elephant stands for. Here at Blue Elephant we specialise in custom events. This booklet will give you a quick insight to what we do and how we can help. 6 Lighting Design & Hire Blue Elephant s production teams work closely on every job to ensure that the design brief is met, always prioritising the clients need. We have experience in a range of industry sectors, from architectural illuminations to special events and festival stages. All production engineers also have experience installing our corporate lighting systems where broadcast requirements are of paramount importance. We operate a stock of top quality lighting rental equipment ourselves, also, regularly partner with major industry leading rental suppliers in order to guarantee the delivery of the clients specification. These partnerships gives us access to some of the most exciting new equipment available; allowing our approach to be innovative and exciting. The new range of Robe LED luminaries is a key product range giving us fantastic flexibility in a range of applications from visual stage effects to audience coverage; as well as being very popular dry hire products. The Source 4 has been a staple in the inventory of lighting designers since it s launch. Perfect for the illumination of stages, people and scenic pieces as well as the projection of gobo s and aerial effects, there are few applications these fixtures cannot handle. The Sharpy Wash has brilliantly proceeded it s brother, the Sharpy, as a versatile luminaire giving designers the ability to create fantastic aerial effects and beautifully even light fields from the same source. The GDS wireless, battery LED uplighter is one of our favourite products; its simple chrome casing, long battery life and fantastic light output make them discreet in any space. The wireless nature of their control makes them fantastically simple to install and operate - making precise colour mixing quick and easy. The Pointe offers fantastic aerial effects and is perfect for stage lighting applications. Its bright output allows it to be used in both our larger and smaller applications. 8 Audio services & Hire Blue Elephant s audio department is dedicated to making sure all of the equipment we use is up to the highest quality. As well as audio production, and wet hire, we can also provide equipment on a dry hire basis. We additionally partner with major industry rental suppliers to ensure that the most appropriate and impressive technology is applied to each production and dry hire. This also means The D&B E3 is an fantastic small and neat speaker cabinet that provides amazing power response and detailed vocal clarity. The E3 can be used with some of our other audio products to act as reinforcement to larger systems. We have a fantastic Sennheiser G3 radio mic systems. Ideal for small applications where a small number of microphones are required. However, the systems are easy to scale and can be easily adapted to comfortably cater for larger events. The LS9 is a fantastic small mixing console for cooperate events and small live events. The LS9 has a very small footprint so is perfect for applications where discretion is important. One of our largest stocks of cabinets comes from Martin Audio. We stock a large range of small and large systems which, when combined with our processing and amplification create fantastic sounding systems. If a standard speaker stand is not neat enough we also stock round base speaker stands, these neat alternatives for the standard tripod are perfect for all events. Midas Pro 2 Is know for its incredible sound quality and user interface. For us, its the must have control surface for all of our large scale events with large volumes of mixes. Sennheiser is renowned for its excellent quality of wireless microphones. We have a large stock of handheld and lapel mic in stock.

10 Video services & Hire Blue Elephant pride themselves as a high end video provider. When looking at video production we make sure that only the best and latest equipment is used. We understand that video is now, often, a large and important element within a lot of events; large and small. Therefore, we ensure that every effort is made to guarantee the success of all video production. We also offer content creation services for events that require specific video sequences; as well as video formatting, and scaling services if required. We use the best, slim edged plasma screens, normally NEC or Panasonic. These are available form 36inches up too 150 inches and are to mount these in a variety of ways - whether it be on a stand or mounted into set pieces. HD Panasonic projectors between 2k 20k available for hire. We also have a selection of zoom and fixed lens in stock and available. These projectors allow for crisp and bright projection in every application. From small parabola stands for small plasma screens to large stalk stands to hold 112inch plasmas. If neccesary, we can customise the mounting of any unit into scenic or stage pieces. LED video panels are a great way of producing large display surfaces for either presentation of effect purposes. These display surfaces give excellent versatility because of their weight, and the fact they have no fixed aspect ratio. We can provide a variety of different models to suit every purpose and size. Of course, the projection source is very important to the success of a video production, but equally important are the system elements processing and splitting the signals we therefore pride ourselves on the quality of these elements that we provide. 12 Staging, Lecterns, Lectern & Drape Blue Elephant are experienced in providing all aspects of scenic and stage design. From design to delivery, we have provided both large and small scale events with all of the available elements or with individual bespoke pieces to complete a stage aesthetic. Our stock of both truss and perspex lecterns are great for all kinds of events from corporate conferences to awards ceremonies. We are always adding to our stock of stage items and can source bespoke furniture on request. We regularly provide stages of all sizes for a variety of event genre s. Our stages are all bordered and can be finished in any colour with a variety of material finishes. We have a large selection of surrounds and box flats to cover or disguise any system that may require it. We can fabricate custom surrounds for any event. We also have a large amount of standard size flats and boxes in stock. These can be adapted to any colour or size required. We have a selection of furniture in stock. Stools, chairs and even small tables - ideal for conferences and corporate stages. Drape can be essential in the neat finishing of a stage or event space. Our drape is versatile and can be mounted on stands or hung. We have a large variety of sizes and colours and bespoke drapes can be provided.
