It is a legal requirement that you have these units. The ServiceIQ has been nominated to administrate this through approved training providers such as Wintec. I really enjoyed the marketing papers in both year one and year two, and the customer service projects were extremely interesting to me, as we were assessing tourism businesses in terms of their service levels across interaction/communication channels.
