As a privately owned four star hotel Ramside Hall Hotel is awarded for its excellent food and atmosphere. Ramside Hall Hotel has 127 bedrooms and extensive conference facilities. We are looking to recruit an experienced Duty Manager / Assistant Operations Manager to join our existing team here at Ramside Hall Hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a hotel environment, ideally to a 4 star standard. You will be able to demonstrate your leadership skills, be an effective communicator, and will play a key part in the management team. You will have a professional attitude; a hand s on approach and be of smart appearance. Through this role you will strive to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring the smooth running of the hotel on an operational on a day-to-day basis. You will be based on the main desk meeting and greeting visitors, handing out keys, patrolling the Estate, keeping grounds clean and tidy, dealing with fire alarms and health and safety issues. Key Responsibilities: The Concierge is to meet and greet the hotel guests, answer enquiries by telephone or callers to the desk. Assist the guests and visitors with job tasks and individual requests to be dealt with efficiently whilst maintaining reception/concierge desk cover.
