Applicants who have completed WelTec programmes incorporating City & Guilds Certificates and Diplomas in Cookery and Culinary Arts, Food and Beverage Service, Hotel Reception and International Tourism or equivalent may apply for direct entry to Year 2 of the programme. If English is your second language, a minimum IELTS (Academic) score of 5.5 with no band lower than 5 or equivalent, is required.
