ProtekAI is offering a Voice over IP Solution (Voip) that provides great cost savings, is flexible and future proof and most importantly, provides a realistic solution to your current business and personal needs. The gist of our service is that you outsource your telephony requirements to us at a lower cost and more functionality than before. How does this work We can provide you with a phone line at your house or business that is

2 independent of Telkom, provided you have broadband internet access. Your phone can make phone calls via our company at low national and international rates. If you get your own PBX, it will be located in our private cloud. This PXB not only allows you to call all your extensions for free, it is automatically upgraded to the latest software and hardware, free of additional charges. With a PBX you can transfer calls between extensions, set up dial groups (so many people can answer the same number) etc. You can make as many simultaneous calls out as you wish (irrespective of how many phone numbers you own). You can port your existing phone number to this system or get a new one which is geographically independent (087 number). You can purchase a VOIP instrument from us or you can use your softphone on your Android or Apple cell phone.

4 Dependencies The hosted service is dependant on a reliable internet connection and the availability of SIP enabled telephones. It is possible in South Africa to use the data connections provided by cellular providers, however, performance may be variable over their networks due to their own management of connectivity. 5 Definitions Number transfer: You can transfer your current telephone number to Protek AI. If this is not done you will have to arrange with your current service provider to forward you current number to a number provided by Protek AI. Telephone number: Is the number that you can be called on from outside of your business. Extension: Is the number you can be reached from within your business and also receive call from your public facing number. PBX is a Public Branch Exchange (old word), that means you have a phone system internal to your company through which you can call internally and also externally. Terms and conditions 1.
