3 SECTOR 5 COMPANY PROFILE Background Company Name & Address Sector 5 Holding Group (Pty) Ltd came into existence after identifying a need for support to SME and SMME clients at affordable costs. The expectation was that we would offer SME and SMME client s comparable solutions to that of their larger counterparts in the market. Sector 5 Holding Group (Pty) Ltd was founded in August 2003 and some of our first clients are still existing clients. Sector 5 Holding Group (Pty) Ltd is an Information Technology outsource company that maintain, offer recommendation, support and administer client s IT environments. We are a wholly owned consortium of companies, working towards a common goal. Even though we are an outsourced company, our clients believe and feel that we are part of their organisation. The objective is to be another internal division to the client that enables the client to achieve their goals and targets. At times we become such an integrated part of our client s day-today activities that we almost lose our own identity. Another key to our success is that we have a personal relationship with each of our clients. We believe that people need to interface with people. Even though we have a fully operational Call Centre with all the high-tech paraphernalia we believe in personal interaction via remote support and in having bodies onsite. To enable Sector 5 to fix the problem we interact with the client to get a better understanding of the nature of the problem. From past experience we know that how we approach the problem of the client is 70% of problem solving and only 30% technical. 4 1. CLOUD VOIP - ALWAYSPHONE AlwaysPhone Cloud Offering is designed for SME's, Corporates and Call and Centres. Businesses will save tremendously using AlwaysPhone, not only money but frustration, eliminating your current service provider with their overcrowded call centres and delayed response technicians. We are one call away and our fast and efficient service technicians will resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. A highly affordable Phone Offering for Business use, which offers both Audio and Video Conferencing capabilities, even integrating with your Skype account! The setup and structure of the system will not only provide you with unbroken communications but also deliver feature rich options to maintain and have your communications run without any problems. As long as you, the client, have an active internet connection, this solution is for you. The product support from single installations, to full corporate PABX solutions, ranging from one to unlimited users. Clients no longer have to purchase expensive PABX or Video Conferencing units but rather source it from us as a "Cloud Based Solution." Voice Mail Also known as a VMS, voice mail is a centralized system of managing phone messages for a group of people. Voice mail allows users to receive, answer and manage their phone messages from different locations, sometimes tailoring a response to different callers. Call Forwarding Allows users to program the PBX to automatically redirect incoming calls to another number--a mobile phone or home phone for example. Unified Messaging Integrates different message types: voice mail, , text messaging, fax, into a single box that is accessible from a variety of devices: phone, PC, mobile phone, PDA. Auto-Redial Callers who get a busy signal will be alerted if the line they are calling becomes available during a specified period of time. A distinctive ring functions as an alert for when the call is connected. One need only pick up the phone to be connected to the number they were trying to reach. Speed Dial The user "saves" frequently called numbers so that they can be dialed with an assigned shortcut of two or three digits. Corporate Directory Provides users with the ability to scroll through a company directory list of names and numbers and dial automatically Call Paging User dials in to overhead or external speakers to make
5 Hold Music (WAV File Upload) Allows callers to hear music or a recorded message while on hold or waiting for other participants to arrive for a conference call T.38 FAX, FAX Relay and Clear Channel Fax The T.38 fax relay standard permits faxes to be transported across IP networks between existing fax terminals. A clear channel gives full use of the bandwidth for this purpose. Automatic Call Distribution Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) is a purchasable feature to support call center environments allowing for more customizable call distribution management. Adding this feature to your profile will allow phone extensions systems to be used as an IP call center. Calls can now be distributed a number of different ways as described below: - All Agent Ringing All of the Agents phones ring simultaneously. - Round Robin each of the Agents phones are sequentially tried. - Longest Idle Call is sent to the Agent who has been idle the longest since their last call. - Less Busy during Last Half Hour Averaged over the last 30 minutes, the Agent that has been less busy will receive the call. - Random Hunting the Agents are selected at random. - Skills The Agent who has the highest composite skill grade will receive the call. Audio Conference Bridge An integrated conferencing feature is available for the on the Hosted PBX Hosted VoIP PBX. Depending on the specific requirement of the client, a maximum of 64 conferencing ports can be added with purchasable agreements onto any existing contract with Hosted PBX. The number of available ports determines how many active users can be on the individual conference bridge at one time. More than 64 unique conference bridges can be configured per system for use by authorized owners. Video Conferencing Audio conferencing has always been the method for group communication, especially for remote users. Today video is more affordable and offers an additional return on investment when addressing remote communication needs. The ability to visually describe something or determine moods and gestures greatly increases the effectiveness of remote communication. Video conferencing is available on all VoIP SIP extensions from Hosted PBX. After activating the appropriate feature clients will have the ability to make Video calls through selected desktop phones or by purchasing dedicated hardware for their board rooms. (Please Note. Client must have purchased the audio conferencing licenses). Currently AlwaysPhone support the following: - Simultaneous Video Conferences: - Eight 2 video conference participants - Four 4 video conference participants - Two x 8 video conference participants - One x 16 video conference participants in all active conferences. The maximum total number of video and audio participants in all active conferences is 64 people simultaneously

Monitoring We have an active monitoring system that overview all aspects of our environment, with SMS and e- mail functions to alert support staff before problems arise.
