Based on the SARK telephony platform the service is delivered over an existing internet connection. Reduced call costs Gigatel is a high availability system and runs on Bridge Partners own network, which enables us to provide guaranteed quality of service and service availability. The service has been designed to meet the basic level of business broadband requirements, making it an ideal choice for most start-ups and small businesses. Gigastream Premium Broadband is a contended service which offers fully managed, low-sharing business broadband options. Provided over symmetric connections, it is ideal for working with incoming services like VPN and web-based applications, making it the perfect solution for small and medium sized businesses. Gigastream Dedicated is an uncontended service, available at speeds from 2 Mbps to 1000 Mbps. The service has been designed specifically for enterprises, where a private circuit is essential. Our dedicated service is ideal for transferring data, internet and voice traffic. Please ask Bridge Partners for a quote for speeds not listed in the table. Gigastream is an unmetered service so there are no consumption or usage charges, subject to Bridge Partners acceptable use policy (which can be found in our Terms and Conditions). Leased lines can be provided to satellite offices or other locations. They are priced individually and usually incur a setup cost.
