Z-Series appliances are available in integrated r mdular cnfiguratins. An ptinal embedded hypervisr allws backed up VMs t be spun up directly n the Z-Series appliance. The backup engine autmatically creates backup images f physical servers based n flexible user-defined plicy. These images can be restred (bare metal recvery) t the same hardware, t dissimilar hardware t build a new server, r can be munted as a drive t retrieve an earlier cpy f a specific file, flder, etc. Every backup can be autmatically cnverted int a Virtual Machine. These Virtual Machines can then be quickly spun up and hsted n the Z-Series appliance (hypervisr upgrade required).
