Design, Build & Install Energy Lenz Monitoring Hardware We ll work with you to design the most appropriate monitoring solu/on that will capture the right data to drive reduc/on and genera/on investments. We provide 2 different pricing op/ons: Outright Purchase: We design, build and install our integrated energy monitoring system to meet your needs with the cost met by the client upfront. Energy Monitoring as a Service (EMaaS): Hardware, communica/ons, data storage and data visualisa/on sokware are all incorporated in one monthly fee with analy/cal support from our team of expert engineers. 2. Real- Time Visualisa,on SoVware Our own in- house web- enabled data visualisa/on and analysis sokware developed for use on your computer, tablet of phone. The sokware has a monthly license fee dependent on the number of meters and the amount of data. Cost: Prices start from 10 per month plus VAT for the full range of energy and power quality data.

Electrical Energy Health Check We ll install our energy monitoring hub on your main electrical incoming supply point or specific sub- distribu/on point and undertake a detailed analysis about the state of your electrical energy system, including energy saving investment op/ons and a financial assessment of renewable investment on- site. Cost: 1500 plus VAT and travel for a 2- week survey, report and presenta/on. (Note: There may be a 50% grant available from MAS for this.) 4. Solu,ons & Implementa,on Advisory Services We ll work with you and your data to objec/vely determine the energy saving and energy genera/on opportuni/es - developing focused investment proposals for each technology solu/on. We ll ensure our expert energy engineers help you to determine the technical specifics and we ll project manage the installa/on, if required, to give you peace of mind providing you with confidence that the technologies have been installed to the highest standards. Cost: Prices are dependent upon the client circumstances
