TEXT MESSAGE BLASTS Exclusive offer to a select number of exhibitors for text access during Pittcon. Text message will be delivered to over 7,000 conferees that have provided cell phone numbers during the registration process. Each message is required to include an opt-out option. Select which date and time you would like your message to be sent. Dates will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Research indicates that 95% of text messages are opened within 15 minutes, thus, you can be sure your message will come across loud and clear. All text messages must be approved by Pittcon 2015 Marketing. We recommend using these messages for unique and/or special offers to our attendees. WIFI/INTERNET CAFE SPONSOR Sponsor a buzzing hot spot at Pittcon, attracting conferees who want to check their email or catch up on the latest headlines. Your 4-color logo and booth number will be featured prominently on a banner hanging over one of the two Internet Café areas located on the exposition floor. As the Wifi sponsor, your landing page will appear after each user logs on to the complimentary Wifi. Cost: $5,500 per text message blast Availability: 8 participants (2 text messages per day) RELAXATION STATION Provide a place for relaxation during Pittcon 2015, all while increasing your booth traffic! The Relaxation Station will include one greeter and four licensed massage therapists providing short, stress relieving massages. Conferees will need to visit your booth to pick up a coupon in order to receive a free massage at the Relaxation Station. Your company will be prominently featured on signage as the sponsor of the Relaxation Station at Pittcon 2015. Your company will be identified as the Relaxation Station sponsor in the Final Program distributed to conferees on-site. Relaxation Station hours will be Monday through Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. PITTCON 2015 MOBILE APP SPONSOR Take advantage of the surge in smart phone usage by sponsoring the official Pittcon 2015 Mobile App!
