Adver tisers who do not place sufficient space during a 12-month period to earn the rate they are being billed will be short-rated. Terms Net 30 days, no cash discounts. Finance charge of 1.5% per month will be applied on all overdue amounts. Invoices are dated the day the issue is mailed. 15% discount to all recognized agencies on space, color, bleed and position if payment is made within 30 days. For any in voiced amount re maining unpaid, Laurin Pub lishing reserves the right to hold the advertiser and/or its agency jointly and individually liable for the amount due and payable to the Pub lisher.
