Customers must maintain the eligible Product Categories on the single account to remain eligible for the free Local and/or STD calls. If a customer disconnects an eligible Product Category, the Free Business Calling Bonus Options will be removed from the fixed voice service in the order of: Local calls; then STD calls 4. calls to 13 or 1300 numbers are not Local calls.
