Plicies & Student Services Refund Plicy The refund plicy fr sessins f 5 weeks r less is as fllws: Befre the first class sessin =100% refund NO refund fr drps r withdrawals after the first class sessin Withdrawal Plicy Students can withdraw frm a class withut a 'W' psted up t and including 8 business days after the class starts. Once the first 8 days have elapsed, a student has until the Wednesday f the furth week t withdraw frm the curse and receive a 'W'. After the Wednesday f the 4th week f class, a student wh withdraws shall receive a grade n the transcript. GPA Plicy Candidates may be given a cnditinal admissin if their GPA is 2.75-2.99. They must maintain a 3.0 in the prgram at all times. A verall cumulative GPA f a 3.0 is required t cmplete the prgram.
