Saturday Cricket The entire B grade Boys did well getting a win! The score was 130 86 we hope to see you all come out next week. Basketball 2/3 Boys Gold The EPS gold team VS Forbes. It was a great first time on court for the girls in gold. Excellent scoring by Emily and Kaitlyn. Great team work by Ebony, kezia, Ella and Lily. Thanks to Kezia s mum for scoring, support, and knowledge. Good to see Mums and dad come. Girls Basketball In their first time playing together in their 2015 team, Edwardstown came up against an experienced Westminster team. The girls had to defend well and at half time were down 16-3. It was pleasing to see all players working hard for each other to restrict the opposition to just nine points in the second half, while combining well together offensively to score six points. Final Score - Edwardstown 9 points to Westminster's 25 points. A very positive first game and terrific effort by all team members. C grade Cricket A great effort by all the boys this week considering for most of them it was their first time playing proper cricket. We need to thank Sharon and all others who organised for the match to be brought forward a day to beat the heat. Really well done boys, first game of the season was really positive so keep working hard at trainings and be ready for next week s match.
