INFORMATION & PROCEDURES BOOTH SHARING There will be no sub-letting or sharing of booth space by more than 1 company without prior agreement with the Conference Management. SHIPPING/RECEIVING If you have your own truck and you are personally unloading directly to your booth on the day of set up, there will be no material/handling charges. If your freight company delivers your product on the day of set up and directly to your booth, there will be no materials/handling charges. If product is left at shipping, a materials/handling charge will be incurred. Take advantage of our advanced warehousing option and ship your products up to 30 days in advance. DO NOT SHIP product directly to the Convention Center prior to June 11, 2015. It will NOT be received. EDUCATION/WORKSHOPS Conference attendees admission fee allows them access to the trade show hall and the option of 1 hour, 3 hour and full day seminars which are staggered throughout the weekend. Each pass has different inclusions. Our show allows each attendee to customize their experience to their liking. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXHIBITING All products and services exhibited must relate to Chiropractic/Massage Therapy and/or Health & Wellness practice or business or by prior approval by Conference Management. Conference Management reserves the right to remove or exclude any such Exhibitor which, in the opinion of Management, violates this criteria, as well as the right to curtail or close exhibits or parts of exhibits that reflect unfavorably on the character of the meeting. This applies to displays, literature, advertising, novelties, souvenirs, conduct of persons, etc. DEMONSTRATIONS Exhibitors are reminded that treatments provided in their booths must be conducted in accordance with the Code of Ethics of their governing body and it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to maintain liability insurance for such demonstrations. The ONE Concept Community Room provides an opportunity for Vendors to demonstrate such products, modalities and services in a controlled and advantageous setting.
