Booking Terms & Con#tions Having discussed your requirements and date, we strongly advise provisionally booking your date, as when your date has gone, it s gone! Provisional bookings can be held for 28 days after which a non-refundable 500 is required to secure your date. 50% of the estimated cost will be due one month prior to your wedding day. The remaining balance is then playable 3 days prior to your wedding. On this day we will finalise numbers, table plans, and table decorations and be available to chat and assure you that your day will be wonderful! If for any unfortunate reason you need to alter your wedding date, deposits can be transferred providing the preferred date is available. Payments will not be refunded for cancellations made within 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. Corkage: We reserve the right to charge corkage on any drinks brought into the premises. Please ask and we will be happy to discuss this with you. Payments: Payments can be made in Cash, Cheque or Debit Card. Credit Card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge. Booking Terms & Con#tions Cont... Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships It is a legal requirement that you visit the Registrar s office to give intention to marry. They will be able to advise on current charges. The local office is: Carmarthen Registry Office Parc Myrddin Richmond Terrace Carmarthen SA31 1DS Tel: 01267 228210 The charge for holding your civil ceremony at the White Hart is available on request. Accommodation With every wedding package we include a complimentary Bridal Suite for the night of the wedding and also include the night before the wedding if holding your ceremony at the hotel. Additionally, we have another 8 family rooms (double and single beds) available. We are able to offer these rooms at a discounted rate (if available) to your guests. Chair Covers & Accessories We can provide plain white chair covers free of charge when booking your wedding. If you would like bows to coordinate with your wedding colour theme, please let us know and we can quote you a price for these. Alternatively, feel free to provide your own. You are quite welcome to provide your own table decorations, flowers and place cards. We are able to change the ambience of the room by changing the colour of the lighting. Please ask for a demonstration when you visit the venue. Children and Younger Guests Children under the age of 12 will be charged at half the rate of adults when dining from our set menu. Alternatively, we can provide children s meals at a reduced cost of 9.95 per child. Children aged under 3 will not be charged and provided with a place setting and a spare plate to share parents meals! Entertainment We are able to provide excellent entertainment for your wedding. Your enjoyment is our main aim so we will ensure we can suit your requirements, anything from background music, Disc Jockey, Bands or even a professional harpist or opera singer. Please inform us of your requirements and we will be happy to provide you with a quote. Alternatively, there will be no charge for providing your own entertainment. Scheduling your day We will carefully guide you through the timing process of your wedding ensuring enough time for your wedding breakfast, toasts, speeches and cake cutting.
