2 FUNERAL RECEPTIONS Chadwick Hotel Celebrating its 65 th anniversary in 2012, is an award-winning, family owned, independent Hotel commanding a panoramic view of the Irish Sea and the Ribble Estuary. The Hotel Management and Staff are very sorry to be welcoming you to our Hotel under such sad circumstances but we offer our best assurance at all times that we will do everything we can to meet your particular needs on this occasion. We aim to be friendly and attentive but not intrusive. The Chadwick is known for its fine dining and its reputation for delivering exquisite menus using local produce wherever possible, is legendary. Whether taking a light meal or snack in the Bar or the table d hote selection in the Four Seasons Restaurant, we match the quality of food with friendly, efficient and courteous service. For funeral receptions or celebrations of life, we are pleased to be able to offer a range of catering needs, with the fork buffet being the most popular. We can also offer the Atlantis Suite as a private room for the occasion. We are pleased to enclose a sample menu for your perusal. However, our Events Manager is on hand to discuss any particular dietary or alternative requirements you may have. We offer ample car parking, easy access to the M55, Blackpool International Airport and local train stations will ensure your journey is relatively stress-free. From the moment you arrive at our Hotel, you will immediately receive a warm welcome with our Management Team always on hand to offer advice and assistance during this difficult time. 3 T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S 1. Provisional bookings are held for a period of 3 working days. Should confirmation not be received within this time the reservation will be cancelled. 2. Confirmation or cancellations MUST be received in writing. 3. Final numbers required 24 hours prior to event any cancellations after this time will be charged at full price. Should the number of guests booked for the reception exceed original numbers, the full price per head, will be levied for the extra guests. Should the numbers attending be fewer than booked, the full price for booked numbers will be charged. 4. Booking cancellations received 2 days prior to the event will incur 50% of the estimated cost. 5. Management reserve the right to alter content, prices and details without prior notice due to seasonal variations and supplies. 6. All rates quoted are inclusive of VAT and payment terms are strictly pay on or before the day of the event.. 7. Consumption of food and drink, other than supplied by the Hotel, is strictly prohibited. 8. The cost of any damage to property, equipment, furniture, decor carpets or wall coverings in the Atlantis suite, public area or to the exterior of the building, will be charged to the organiser. 9. Free car parking is available at the Hotel although cannot be guaranteed. The Hotel cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to any vehicle whilst parked in the Hotel car park. 10. The Hotel will endeavour to control and/or reduce any external noise or disturbance throughout the duration of your reception. However, should this be beyond their control, they may not be held responsible. 11. Organisers will be briefed on their arrival as to the Hotel s fire procedures and they in turn will be held responsible for ensuring that all reception guests are aware of these procedures. 12. The Hotel cannot be held liable for loss or damage to any equipment/personal belongings left unattended in the Atlantis Suite or public areas.

4 Atlantis Suite Located on the ground floor, the Atlantis Suite is tastefully decorated and overlooks the Hotel s impressive heated swimming pool. The Atlantis Suite can accommodate upto 50 guests seated with a fork buffet. Every occasion is a special one and our Events Manager is always on hand to discuss your particular requirements and to take the pressure out of, what can be, an emotional and stressful day.
