Bodnant Welsh Food offers a stylish, intimate surrounding with space and flexibility, catering for large or intimate weddings designed to make your day unique and special. Exquisite Welsh food for your special day Dai Chef combines the very best of the Bodnant in-house foods with local produce to bring you rustic Welsh food with a modern twist. All food is produced on site, the Bodnant dairy will provide the butter and any ice cream and cheese, the butcher prepares all meats and the baker creates the rolls and any other bakery items required. To accompany your meal, Bodnant s Wine expert has selected a range of sublime wines and Champagnes from Wales and across the world. We offer some of the finest vintages from Wales, Australia, New Zealand and some from less familiar varieties from countries such as Russia. Then as night falls for your evening reception, treat your guests to a feast from Bodnant s Welsh food selections.

Your ceremony Fully licenced, the Pochin Room is a beautiful room for your wedding ceremony. Accommodating up to 100 guests, the Pochin room is light and airy with stunning views of the Conwy estuary. Prior to your wedding, you can prepare in one of the rooms within the adjoining Furnace Farmhouse. If you wish to marry by Civil Ceremony at Bodnant Welsh Food, you should first contact the Superintendent Register of the district to confirm that they are able to attend and conduct the ceremony on the date you require. This can be done up to 12 months in advance. Whilst you capture those special moments with your wedding photographer, we ll host your drinks reception and keep the conversation flowing with prosecco or pimms and canapés. Weather permitting your guests can break out onto the Hayloft patio to enjoy the stunning views with the glorious sunshine. Your wedding breakfast At Bodnant Welsh Food there are a number of rooms available to host your wedding breakfast dependent on the size of your party. The Pochin Room this beautiful room can accommodate up to 80 guests for your wedding breakfast, the room is light and airy with stunning views of the Conwy estuary. The Hayloft Restaurant Bodnant s beautifully converted hay barn, with original beams, wooden floor and stunning views overlooking the estuary, it can accommodate up to 100 guests. The River Room if you are looking for a more intimate wedding with private dining, why not consider the River Room, which can accommodate up to 16 guests.
Your evening reception The Tea room and courtyard is one of the finest private party venues in North Wales and creates the perfect back drop for your guests to enjoy themselves and celebrate your wedding. Wishing to steer clear of standard wedding buffets and sandwiches? The hog roast can be fired up and forms an interesting centre point for your evening event. As an alternative we can also offer a range of BBQ items if required. The courtyard is perfect venue for your evening reception, accommodating up to 150 guests, with entertainment of your choice. Your wedding night As your party comes to a close, retire to one of the stylish and comfortable rooms with Bodnant s Furnace Farmhouse. Located just a few paces from the courtyard, enjoy crisp white linens and a space to relax and take in your day. The morning after, you can then enjoy one of Bodnant s delicious Welsh breakfasts, served in the Hayloft restaurant.

Exclusive hire of the Furnace Farmhouse Our relaxed Bed and Breakfast accommodation is located in our 18th Century Furnace Farmhouse and most rooms offer stunning views across the Conwy Valley. The Farmhouse accommodates up to 9 people, and would be perfect place to exclusively hire before and after your wedding celebrations. With a kitchen and lounge, the Farmhouse would provide you with the space to relax and flexibility to cater for your wedding preparations and celebrations with your loved ones. Your hen & stag weekend at Bodnant! Make your own wedding favours - Join an expert chocolatier for a chocolate making session. Learn how to temper chocolate then create your own handmade delights using chocolate cups and a range of the finest quality ingredients. Under expert tutorage, you ll create and decorate your own unique recipe chocolates. Each of your hens will make twenty or so handmade chocolates plus a handmade chocolate lolly. Wine discovery challenge - The Wine discovery challenge offers an introduction to wine tasting, different style of wine and perfect food matching analysis. It is designed for anyone who wants to learn a little more about wine and covers a number of different areas relevant to a basic understanding of wine.
