3 Situated in the heart of the London Borough of Hounslow, the Lampton Park Conference Centre is available to hire for weddings, family celebrations, business entertaining, meetings, product launches and general events. Developed in 2005 to meet the needs of the community, the Lampton Park Conference Centre provides a modern, spacious and flexible, multi-purpose venue that is affordable and accessible all year round. Easily transformed to accommodate your needs, it offers a diverse range of space for hire. The spectacular and versatile facility, with glazed frontage and attractive views onto Lampton Park, comes equipped with a full commercial kitchen, licensed bar and just over 1000 square metres of event space, which can be configured into various sized rooms via internal, moveable partition walls. With unrivalled capacity in comparison to other venues in the area, it can accommodate up to 1000 people theatre-style or standing, and 750 people for a sit-down catered function. A dance floor and large stage are also available for a band or disco. Conveniently located on the Civic Centre site and just 100 metres from the Borough Register Office, the venue is perfectly located to accommodate large scale receptions and social/cultural functions. On-site weekend parking for up to 500 vehicles is available in the Civic Centre multi-storey car park. With excellent public transport links (bus,train and tube) and its proximity to the A4, M4 and Heathrow airport, the centre is also the ideal choice of venue for corporate and business functions (see back page map).

It is a simply exceptional setting for dinners and receptions, with a large stage available for a band or disco, and a fantastic dance floor. The first floor rooms provide additional space for the bridal party to prepare for the occasion. Whichever room you choose, you can be confident that our experienced Events Team will be on hand to offer advice and the personal touch for your event. For weekend weddings, parking is available in the multi- storey car park.

The circular Council Chamber, with wired in desktop microphones, electronic voting function, two large plasma screens for any videos and presentations and an upstairs gallery, is available for meetings, conferences, lectures or Civil ceremonies. The ground floor meeting rooms are fitted with a hearing loop and have full wheelchair access. The site is fully DDA-compliant. The conference centre has independent access and we can offer additional security to assist with all your needs.
