2 MEETINGS & EVENTS MEETING FACILITIES The Yale Club of New York City has ten elegantly appointed multi-purpose rooms suitable for grand galas and weddings, business meetings, and private celebrations. Each room in this century-old clubhouse has its own distinctive personality and elegance that creates a unique and memorable guest experience. Ceiling heights range from 12 in our intimate meeting spaces to 20 in our Grand Ballroom. Our facilities can accommodate functions that range from 10 to 350 attendees. Whether you are planning a board meeting or large company outing, The Yale Club of New York City has the appropriate room to suit your needs. Located on Vanderbilt Avenue across from Grand Central Terminal between Park and Madison Avenues, The Yale Club of New York City offers an elegant oasis in the heart of the city. CLIENT EXPERIENCE Our catering specialists work closely with each client to meet every request and vision, providing detailed information and guidance to ensure a seamless event. We approach every event as a partnership, understanding exactly what is at stake, and delivering on the details to make the event a success. Executive Chef Charles Kerhli and the culinary team create memorable experiences with inspired cuisine and precise execution for events of all sizes. Chef Kerhli will work with you and our catering staff to bring your vision and taste buds to life. AUDIO VISUAL SERVICES At The Yale Club, we provide a variety of offerings for your audio visual needs including podiums, microphones, Polycom audio conference phones, screens, and sound systems. Our services also include a pre-event visualization with floor plans. meetings & Events ACCOMMODATIONS The Yale Club of New York City offers 138 guest rooms including seven suites. The décor is contemporary, while maintaining the neoclassical tradition of the building. All guest rooms come with standard amenities to maximize productivity and relaxation. Amenities include complimentary wireless internet access, plush terry bathrobes, in-room dining, valet parking, and more.

3 DINING 44th and Terrace On the 22nd floor of the Club, our rooftop restaurant offers fine dining in a spacious and elegant setting with a view of the Manhattan skyline. During the warmer seasons, enjoy cocktails or dining al fresco on the terrace. The Grill Room With its cozy, pub-like atmosphere and informal, family-friendly service, the Grill Room is great for a quick meal or casual get-together. The Tap Room The Tap Room offers a weekday lunch buffet and a la carte dining. The collegiate atmosphere makes dining here a member favorite. and Bar The offers daily coffee service and classic cocktails with a contemporary twist. The Yale Club is a home away from home for our members and guests. You re invited to kickback, relax, and rejuvenate with our full-service offerings, from a state-of-the-art gym, to room service, and a rooftop terrace offering fine dining and a view. FITNESS FACILITIES Overnight guests receive complementary access to our fitness facilities. The 6th floor fitness center has international squash courts, cardio equipment and free weights. Group fitness classes include Yoga, Pilates, Super-fit and Spinning. Recently renovated locker rooms provide steam and sauna rooms, day lockers, and access to the pool.
