1 Private Parties at Vita Restaurant Whether you are planning a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, corporate meeting, or a cocktail and hors d oeuvre party, our special events coordinator Mark Schuwerk will help you plan a memorable and unique event at Vita. Located in the bustling Lower Highland neighborhood, Vita hosts each private dining event in a visually rich and inviting space. 2 Mezzanine Room Private Dining or Semi-Private Dining for up to 30 guests for a sit down dining event or up to 40 guests for a cocktail and hors d oeuvres party. Our mezzanine level is nicely secluded from the main dining room and has the option of closing the sliding windows make this room perfect for business, medical, or other professional meetings that require privacy. The Main Room Our main dining room has recently been remodeled to become a private or semiprivate room that can seat up to 40 guests for a seated dining experience or accommodate up to 50 guests for a standing, mingling event with hors d oeuvres and cocktails. This space is perfect for Rehearsal Dinners, Cocktail Parties, or other functions that are too large to use our Mezzanine Room.

5 The Main Room and Front Patio Having an event and want to have some outdoor access but don t want to risk the entire event if there is poor weather? Then this is the venue space for you! Our floor to ceiling sliding glass windows in the Main Room allow you to host an indoor/outdoor event whereby you will have our Main Room (see above) and our entire Front Patio combined for your Event! Host your cocktail hour outdoors and conveniently walk through the sliding glass doors to your weather protected dining area! A cocktail and appetizer party utilizing the Main Room and the entire Front Patio can accommodate up to 90 guests. The Main Room can seat 40 guests for a seated event. 6 Indoors Buyout By combining Vita's Main Room, Booth Walkway, and Bar Area with the our Mezzanine Room, we can accommodate a sit down dining event of up to 105 guests, and up to 150 guests for a cocktail and hors d oeuvres party. Please note that this option is only available during the Fall and Winter months. Front Patio Vita's front patio can host a standing cocktail and appetizer event for up to 45 guests with some seating (bar stools, 5 high top tables with 17 seats). Vita has an indoor/outdoor bar that allows our bar staff to quickly and efficiently serve guests both inside and outside the walls of the restaurant.

8 Rooftop Terrace Completed in August of 2007, Vita's rooftop patio offers its' own bar, overhead European rope lighting, overhead heaters in the Spring and Fall, and is perfect for events under the stars! The Terrace can accommodate up to 75 for a sit down dining event, or up to 160 for a standing cocktail party. Vita s Rooftop Terrace.

9 Partial Rooftop Terrace Cocktail Party If your group is under 30 guests and you are looking for a more social, standing type of cocktail and appetizer party, inquire about our partial rooftop buyout! This section of the Rooftop Terrace is roped off from the rest of the space

10 and comes with 4 high top tables with stools perfect for mingling as well as a section of our Rooftop Terrace bar. This space is great for mingling style events with a banquet table to serve appetizer platters from our Special Events Menu designed to impress your guests! We can also accommodate sit down dining events for up to 25 guests in the partial rooftop dining section. Pre-orders for sit down dining events may apply. Entire Restaurant Buyout

11 Weather permitting; allow your guests to not only enjoy a starlit evening from one of our two patios, but the flexibility of enjoying a jazz trio in our inviting dining room or under the stars. Total capacity for Vita including both patios would be 205 guests for a dining event, and 330 for a standing cocktail party. Daytime Events Have you considered a daytime event for your group? Daytime events are classified as events ending by 3pm and can be a very affordable option for groups, especially during the summer season if you are looking to rent our rooftop terrace or front patio for a large get together with friends or colleagues. Invite your large group to spend a relaxing weekend afternoon in the sun! Wedding Receptions At Vita we understand that it s your special day, and that s why we don t have standard packages that you have to choose from. Each

12 and every Wedding Reception that we host at Vita is customized from start to finish with our special events coordinator, Jennifer Hughes. Not only do most couples find that hosting their reception at Vita is more affordable than more traditional options, but they find that the flexibility of hosting their reception in a modern and fun yet sophisticated atmosphere appeals to guests of all ages. Having the flexibility to customize your reception to be as traditional or non-traditional as you would like is just one of our many attributes that will contribute to your reception being one to remember. We aim to make your reception come together flawlessly and stress free for you. This is why we have partners in almost every aspect of wedding planning that you can imagine. From flowers and linens, to wedding cakes and live music, throughout the last 8 years of hosting events at our restaurants we can line up every aspect of your event with you if you choose for us to do so. We are even located next door to one of the best bridal boutiques in the City, Anna Be s Bridal Boutique. Come look at dresses, and walk right next door to discuss details of your event with us!

13 Furthermore, we offer indoor and outdoor space, and our special events menu is one that your guests will be extremely impressed with over traditional wedding reception fare. Lastly, our pricing for receptions is the same as it would be for any other type of buyout for a section of our restaurant and is based off of a food and beverage minimum. We don t charge room fees, rental fees, or any other fees for that matter that you don t physically get something for your hard earned money.
