2 WEDDING PRICING AND INFORMATION A wedding is the celebration of two lives joining as one. A moment to celebrate with family & friends. And one of the most joyous occasions in your life. Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite offers an amazing setting for these special moments. Once you and your guests arrive to their well appointed accommodations, through the Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Ceremony & Reception to the final Farewell Brunch, Tenaya Lodge will provide superior service and amenities that will far exceed your every dream. You and your guests will have an experience and memories that will last a lifetime. Centrally located in California and just two miles from the Yosemite National Park s southern entrance, Tenaya Lodge offers easy access to Yosemite s most alluring attractions and all the conveniences and services one would expect from a luxury allseason resort property. 3 WEDDING GUIDELINES Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite offers complete Wedding Packages for all seasons. With each of our packages, your guests will enjoy hand-passed reception hors d oeuvres, an elegant lunch or dinner, champagne toast cake presentation & coffee service. The package also includes: complete tableware, stemware, round or square tables, chairs, sound system, microphone, dance floor & a variety of elegant linens. Ceremonies and Receptions Tenaya Lodge will accommodate your wedding ceremony any time of the year. Included in the $ ceremony fee is the ceremony site (choice of Grand Terrace or Counties Lawn), use of our Pro Sound System wireless lapel microphones (for the groom & officiant), classic white folding chairs, stage/riser (optional) and your choice of beautiful Wrought Iron Arbor. A mutually convenient rehearsal time may be scheduled the day prior to your ceremony. Ceremony times are as follows: September-May 5:30 pm June-August 11:00 am 4:00 pm 5:30 pm Reception venues are assigned according to the number of guests anticipated to be in attendance. If the attendance drops or increases substantially, Tenaya Lodge reserves the right to change the ceremony and or reception to a room suitable for the anticipated number of guests. Your wedding planner will notify you promptly should this occur. Receptions are held for a total of 5 Hours as follows: Daytime events 11:30 am-4:30 pm Evening events 4:30 pm-9:30 pm or 6:00 pm-11:00 pm Additional time may be added at $ per hour based on availability.

4 WEDDING GUIDELINES Food & Beverage Our menus range from $45.00 to $75.00 per guest depending on time of day and menu selection. Please be aware, all food and beverage must be provided by the hotel, with exception of the wedding cake. Menu options for children (4-12 years) and your wedding vendors are available. Tenaya Lodge offers a tasteful and diverse selection of premium wines, liquors and beers for your reception. All beverages are charged on a consumption basis. Average bar estimates range from $18- $24 per guest depending upon the selection of beverages served and the amount consumed. We are flexible in serving both Hosted and/or Non Hosted (Cash Bar) Service. Décor We offer two hours of set up time prior to all events. If additional time is needed, please check with your Wedding Event Manager for availability. Decorations & displays may be delivered to the hotel 24-hours prior to your function. Smaller items such as place cards and favors (no glitter or confetti, please) may be brought to your Wedding Event Manager at an agreed upon time. Tenaya Lodge is pleased to offer a variety of décor items for a nominal fee, which include: specialty chair covers napkins and linens luxury chargers ice carving vases candy or S more stations plus more. You are welcome to provide your own décor items if you wish. Limited set up assistance is available when providing your own items. Extensive set up needs will reflect additional labor fees. Vendors As part of our service to you, our Wedding Event Manager will provide you with a list of highly professional pre--screened and pre--approved Event Professionals. You may provide your own Event Professionals if you wish.

5 WEDDING GUIDELINES Scenic Photography Photographs may be taken in any of the breathtaking outdoor vistas around Tenaya Lodge. Please ask your Wedding Event Manager for advice on the many beautiful photographic opportunities. Music & Entertainment We welcome disc jockey, live music or acoustic background music until 9:00 pm on the Counties Lawn & the Grand Terrace. We will accommodate a disc jockey or live music until 10:00 pm in the Pavilion and 12: 00 am within our indoor venues. In consideration of hotel guests, all music will be controlled at the discretion of Tenaya Lodge management. Please feel free to consult with our Wedding Event Manager for Entertainment options. Valet Parking Complimentary valet parking will be available for you and your guests. Guestrooms Our Wedding Event Manager will generate a letter of agreement for your Guest's Rooms. The letter of agreement will guarantee your guests a rate that is valid up to 45 days prior to your Wedding.. Your guests may then call our Reservations Department and book a room by referring to the Promo Code that will be supplied by your Wedding Event Manager or by giving the name of the wedding. Tenaya Lodge also provides a free upgrade to a honeymoon suite for the bride & groom. If your reception has a guaranteed number of guests of 100 or more, we will offer your suite complimentary for 1 night or up to 2 nights with 200 guests.

6 WEDDING GUIDELINES Ascent Spa at Tenaya Lodge The Ascent Spa at Tenaya Lodge features the soothing sound of waterfalls when you arrive, inviting you to relax. Twelve treatment rooms for massages, facials and body treatments, as well as additional relaxation rooms are all designed for maximum rejuvenation. The spa also includes dry saunas, steam rooms, an enhanced fitness facility, wedding hair & make up experts. Our highly professional therapists will ensure you are a radiant bride for your big day. Children & Pet Services For a child--free celebration, Tenaya Lodge offers an interactive venue for Children 4-12 years of age. Activities may include: nature walks, archery, arts & crafts. Babysitting services are also available for infants, toddlers and dogs. You may contact our Concierge Services for current availability and pricing. Booking Your Event In order to reserve your event date, a non-refundable maximum deposit of $2, will be required. Your credit card will be held on file for a guarantee of any additional charges at the conclusion of the event. The deposit will be applied to your final bill. Payment of the total estimated bill is due 30 days prior to your event. In the case of overpayment, a refund will be sent to you promptly. A customary 20% service charge and 8% Mariposa County sales tax will be added to all food and beverage items.

7 WEDDING COORDINATION SERVICES Personalized tour of Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite Assistance in planning décor, themes and color schemes to reflect your personal style Menu and beverage planning assistance to suit your budget, dietary needs & personality Wedding planning consultation & menu tasting (Detail meeting to be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date no later than three months prior to your wedding) Assist with developing a timeline for your wedding Create Banquet Event Orders outlining all of your events with your specific details Create an estimate of charges outlining your financial commitments Create a floor plan of your event space for you to provide seating arrangements Oversee the ceremony and reception room for set up Coordination of both the Rehearsal and Ceremony We are happy to assist with placement of wedding favors, place cards and guest book within the normal set up of your event. ( Extensive set up such as hanging of lighting, arranging of centerpieces, set up of wedding cakes or any other major items is you or your vendors' responsibility) On-Site liaison between you, your vendors and/or your wedding coordinator Ensure a seamless transition to the hotels Banquet Captain once your dinner service has started Review your billing for accuracy prior to the completion of your final bill
