5 WEDDING PACKAGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS Melia Wedding Package Couple must reserve a minimum of 5 nights at double adult occupancy in a higher category room (One bedroom Master Suite or Romance suite). Reservation number is required to confirm Free Package eligibility. does not apply in conjunction with other rate promotions, black out dates or early bird rates. Does not apply when reserving with any Vacation Club program. Package includes the SYMBOLIC Ceremony* Legal and/ or Religious Ceremony have a surcharge, priced per Resort and subject to local availability and legal requirements. A la carte or customized packages SYMBOLIC, CIVIL or CATHOLIC available by Resort upon Request. For more than 12 In-House Guests a surcharge will incur depending on your requests - Additional kids under 5 are free- Additional kids under 12 pay ½ of surcharge fee. Guests not staying at the resort need to purchase day or night pass. Prices vary by resort, please check with the resort Items are not interchangeable for other inclusions, no cash refunds nor do credits apply for unused items. Couples whom are not eligible for the free Melia Wedding package can purchase it for an additional charge of 864 US$. The hotel holds property and visual rights. All outside providers need hotels consent to access the property, in which case a charge will apply depending on the situation.

For More than 24 In-House Guests a surcharge will incur depending on your requests (per hour per person) - Additional kids under 5 years are free- Additional kids under 12 years pay ½ of surcharge. Prices vary by resort. Set menu plated dinner is for up to 24 In-House Guests in a selected a la carte restaurant, time tables / seating time, may apply depending of the season Service for up to 2 hours, additional service time will be charged per hour. Additional services may be quoted per person &/or per additional item. Guests not staying at the resort needs to purchase day or night pass. Items are not interchangeable for other inclusions, no refunds apply for unused items. Accommodations charges are not included The hotel holds property and visual rights. You can celebrate it in any location, without limitations or legal restrictions. Usually the couples who choose this type of ceremony have had a civil ceremony in their home country, and arrive at their chosen destination to celebrate their union surrounded by breathtaking locations. It is required that the couple be at the resort a minimum of 48 hours prior to the symbolic celebration.
