PROJECT - BASE STATION Kathmandu, Nepal CONTRACT DURATION One year (renewed annually based on performance) PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Business Development Associate shall be responsible to assist PAC Asia in its business development, effective & efficient functioning and ensuring quality delivery of its assignments. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES A. Donor and Client relations Facilitate meetings with key donors and clients proactively and join the meetings Send project completion certificate and PAC feedback forms to the respective Clients Maintain donor database for Asia region B. Scoping for opportunities, supporting in EOIs/Proposals preparations Regularly scope for opportunities relevant to PAC Circulate procurement alerts to the relevant colleagues Be in contact with PAC UK, PAC India, and PAC Bangladesh and share information / intelligence Support in the development of EOIs and Proposals C. Ensuring quality standards of PAC products/reports Ensure QA standards are fulfilled in the reports (i.e Inception Reports, Quarterly Reports, Final Reports) Identify and manage consultants to support in editing D.
