JOB RESPONSIBILITIES A. Donor and Client relations Facilitate meetings with key donors and clients proactively and join the meetings Send project completion certificate and PAC feedback forms to the respective Clients Maintain donor database for Asia region B. Scoping for opportunities, supporting in EOIs/Proposals preparations Regularly scope for opportunities relevant to PAC Circulate procurement alerts to the relevant colleagues Be in contact with PAC UK, PAC India, and PAC Bangladesh and share information / intelligence Support in the development of EOIs and Proposals C. Ensuring quality standards of PAC products/reports Ensure QA standards are fulfilled in the reports (i.e Inception Reports, Quarterly Reports, Final Reports) Identify and manage consultants to support in editing D. PAC internal progress monitoring and documentations Assist PAC Director in overall planning and management of PAC activities Prepare PAC periodic report and disseminate to international PAC offices Super user of PAC s SharePoint and website in co-ordination with PAC UK Regular updates of the SharePoint by organising consultation database, digital assets Prepare PAC Weekly Reports and disseminate to international PAC offices E. Facilitating knowledge products development Support in development of PAC knowledge products, marketing and publications F. Others Support PAC Director in preparing PAC annual business plans and monitoring of KPIs Represent PAC Director, when delegated Others as required by the organisation MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in related field with at least two years of work experience in similar capacity REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills Fluency in English and Nepali Analytical skills and the ability to think strategically in relation to fundraising Knowledge of international development scenarios and a good understanding of current donor trends and their implications on consulting organisations (desired) Work experience in fundraising and/or consulting organisations (desired) A good team worker and coordination at individual and institutional level Willingness to travel at field sites if required Job Description BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE_PAC MAY 2016 3
