Our Season Ticket Holders are the lifeblood of our organization and it is with you in mind that we come to work every day dedicated to bringing a World Series championship home to Cleveland. We ended 2014 on a high note, with breakout pitcher Corey Kluber winning the AL Cy Young award and Yan Gomes and MVP finalist Michael Brantley receiving Silver Slugger awards. We are looking forward to continuing this on-field success in 2015, and we are also incredibly excited to introduce new renovations to Progressive Field that will improve your experience at the ballpark. New bullpens in center field will allow fans to get closer to the players. The expanded Kids Clubhouse will be among the largest family areas in all of sports and will feature new activities such as a virtual locker room, batting cage, whiffle ball field and baseball skills areas. A new twostory bar in right field will give fans a new social area with prime view of the action on the field. The new Right Field District will have food and drink selections from popular local restaurants such as Melt, Barrio and Sweet Moses. These additions to ballpark, among others, will provide you with even more opportunities to create memories with your family, friends, and colleagues. The Tribe Rewards program is designed to give our Season Ticket Holders unique and memorable rewards. You will have the opportunity to join the team for a road trip to New York, watch from the field as the Tribe takes batting practice, receive autographed memorabilia, and more. getting started YOU RE ALREADY A MEMBER! As a valued Cleveland Indians Season Ticket Holder, you re already a Tribe Rewards member and there are already points in your account! Getting started is quick and easy with just a few steps you ll have direct access to all the rewards Tribe Rewards has to offer. 1. Visit www.triberewards.com 2. Click Log In 3. Use your linked MLB.com email address and password to log in to Tribe Rewards. Please note, if you have not yet linked your MLB.com account to your My Indians Tickets account, you can do so at any time at www.indians.com/mytickets. For more details, check the Tribe News section of the Tribe Rewards homepage. TICKET PARTNERS To add a ticket partner, click Ticket Partners (under the Home tab). IF your ticket partner already has a My Indians Tickets account, simply click Add New Ticket Partner and type their name and the email address associated with their account. IF your ticket partner does not yet have a My Indians Tickets account, direct them to www.indians.com/mytickets, where they can easily create their own account for ticket management. Once their account is created, click Add New Ticket Partner and type the name and email address associated with their new account. PLEASE NOTE: Partner registration is not yet available. Season Ticket Holders will be notified when partner registration is open closer to the start of the 2015 season. Ticket Exchange You can use your points to exchange unused tickets (both past and future) for games that are more convenient for your schedule. Depending on your tier, you will also be able to exchange into 20 to 50 games without using any points. Please check the Ticket Exchange Process section for additional important details. Suite Redemption Being an Indians Season Ticket Holder gives you the opportunity to use your points for your very own suite for a game. Autographed Items Use your points for exclusive autographed and game-used items from your favorite Indians players that you won t get anywhere else. FULFILLMENT In 2015, Season Ticket Holders will be able to choose their preferred delivery method when redeeming physical items on the Tribe Rewards website: 1. In-Park Pickup Season Ticket Holders will be able to schedule a pickup at the ballpark at any time throughout the season. You will have the option of picking up your items ingame at the Tribe Rewards kiosk in Section 156 (behind home plate), or picking up on a non-gameday in the Indians executive office. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. 2. Shipping New this year, you can choose to have your item shipped to your business or home address. Items will be shipped every two weeks. Please note that fulfillment options are subject to change throughout the 2015 season. 6 Tribe Rewards 2015
EARNING POINTS Base & Tenure Points Base & Tenure points will represent the majority of your Tribe Rewards points. You will accrue points in your account as payments are made. When you have completed one year of Season Ticket tenure, you will also begin to earn tenure bonus points. Base & Tenure points = 5*(amount spent) + 5*(tenure bonus) Example: John spends $10,000 on Indians Season Tickets and has 3 years of tenure. His total base points will be: 5*($10,000 spend) + 5*(3,000 tenure bonus) = 65,000 base points tenure Bonus Structure 1 year tenure points: 10% of spend 2 year tenure points: 20% of spend 3 year tenure points: 30% of spend 4 year tenure points: 40% of spend Attendance You will earn 70 points for every one of your Season Tickets that is used to attend a game. If you forward your tickets to a Tribe Rewards partner and your partner attends the game, your partner will receive the attendance bonus. Away Game Codes When the Tribe is on the road, watch and listen to the TV and radio broadcasts for special nightly promo codes. You will earn 50 points per correct code entered, with a maximum of 100 points (one radio code, one TV code) per game. Food & Beverage For every Season Ticket that is scanned at the gate, you will also receive 25 Food & Beverage points. This credit is automatic; you don t have to do anything! Merchandise Any time you buy merchandise at the Progressive Field Team Shop or any ballpark merchandise stand, have your ticket scanned or provide your Season Ticket account information to receive 2 points per every dollar spent. 5 year tenure points: 50% of spend 6-10 year tenure points: 75% of spend 11-19 year tenure points: 100% of spend 20+ year tenure points: 110% of spend Single Game Tickets If you buy additional Indians single game tickets outside of your Season Ticket plan online, you will earn additional Tribe Rewards points. For a limited time only, for every $250 you spend on single game tickets, you will receive an automatic 1,000 points bonus in addition to your normal single game ticket bonus. Social Media Earn points by linking your Facebook and Twitter account to Tribe Rewards. Engage with designated Indians social media accounts throughout the year by re-tweeting, following, and using approved hashtags to receive additional points. WEBSITE OVERVIEW Ticket Exchange Process Select past games with unused Select the number of tickets Select the number of tickets 1 2 3 tickets or future games you you want to exchange you want to redeem for a cannot attend future game HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT TICKET EXCHANGES There is a limit of 1,000 total tickets that can be exchanged for each of the 80 games. Look for a green, yellow, or red indication on each game to gauge how many tickets are remaining for exchange. For example, a yellow indicator means a particular game is close to reaching the maximum number of allowable exchange tickets. Exchange tickets can run out, so you are encouraged to submit your exchanges early. To ensure timely online delivery, all ticket exchange submissions must be completed two (2) business days prior to the game date. Your new tickets are added to your My Indians Account within a few days after your submission. 80 games are available for exchange, excluding Opening Day. The points per ticket required for any exchange will vary based on the game you are redeeming. HELPFUL HINT FOR TICKET PARTNERS To give your ticket partners access to the online Ticket Exchange system, add them to the Ticket Partners page on Tribe Rewards. For more information on adding ticket partners, please see the Ticket Partners section of this packet on page 4. SUITE REDEMPTION PROCESS Navigate your calendar and Select your suite type Proceed to checkout to 1 2 3 select your desired game. and quantity finalize redemption Your Tribe Rewards tier will determine the number of suites you can redeem for the season as well as your priority in redeeming your first suite(see tiered rewards section.) Suites include 16 tickets. Parking passes are not included with the suite but can be purchased, subject to availability, through your Client Service Specialist. Food is not included, but can be purchased through our suite catering team at Delaware North Companies, which will contact you prior to your suite date. All suite tickets are added to your My Indians Account within a few days of redemption. AUCTIONS Tribe Rewards auctions allow you to bid your points against fellow Season Ticket Holders for a chance to win some of the most exclusive rewards. Each auction has a minimum starting bid and a designated close time. When you submit a bid, those points will be removed from your account. If another Season Ticket Holder outbids you, you will receive e-mail notification and your points will be returned to your account. Bypass the entire auction process and redeem the item at the Buy It Now point value. If you want the reward but do not want to participate in the auction process, you have the option to end the auction and buy it immediately. MY SCORECARD Rollover Points Season Ticket Holders are able to roll over a percentage of their unused Tribe Rewards points from one season to the next, depending on when they renew their season tickets. Next year, you will be eligible to receive rollover points. 2015 Earned Base and Tenure Points Base & Tenure points will compose the majority of your Tribe Rewards points. Base points are calculated with the following formula: Base points = 5 * (amount spent) When you have completed one year of Season Ticket tenure, you will begin to earn tenure bonus points. Bonus Points You can earn bonus points by attending home games, entering away game promotional codes, purchasing additional single game tickets, and more. 2015 Projected Points Still to Be Earned The projected points section summarizes future points that will be earned when outstanding season ticket payments are made. 10 Tribe Rewards 2015
first steps Getting Started The Indians have switched to a new, easy-to-use ticketing system called My Indians Tickets. To manage your tickets in our new system, visit indians.com/mytickets, and log in with your account ID and temporary password. If you don t remember your password, click the Reset Password button to have a new password emailed to you. Linking your My Indians Tickets account to your MLB.com account To create your login for Tribe Rewards in 2015, you ll need to link your new My Indians Tickets account to your MLB.com account. After your accounts are linked, you can use your MLB.com credentials to log in to My Indians Tickets, Tribe Rewards and the MLB.com Ballpark app. Step 1. Log in to your My Indians Tickets account. Step 2. Click the My Account button, then click the Link MLB Accounts tab in the right corner of the page. Step 3a. If you do not yet have an MLB.com account, you can create one here. Simply enter your email address, password and a nickname, and click Create New MLB.com Account. Step 3b. If you already have an MLB.com account, enter your email address and your password, and click Link MLB.com Account. Step 4. After your account has been successfully linked, you ll see a confirmation screen that summarizes your linked account. Printing, Forwarding and Recalling Tickets The look of My Indians Tickets is new and improved, allowing you to conveniently manage your digitally delivered tickets. My Indians Tickets provides a secure, password-protected online ticket management system accessible from your desktop, tablet or smartphone. Printing Tickets Step 1. Log in to your My Indians Tickets account at indians.com/mytickets. Step 2. Select the My Ticket Inventory button. Step 3. Select Print Tickets from the Ticket Action dropdown menu. Step 4. Select the event(s) and seat(s) you would like to print. Step 2 Step 5. Continue through the confirmation screens and select the Print Tickets button. Step 6. Forwarding Tickets Step 1. Log in to your My Indians Tickets account at indians.com/mytickets. Step 2. Select the My Ticket Inventory button. Step 3. recalling Tickets Step 1. While logged in to My Indians Tickets, click the My History tab, choose Forwards and click the Forward ID that contains the ticket(s) you want to recall. Step 2. Select the ticket(s) you want to recall and click Recall Tickets. Step 3. Enter an optional message to your friend and click Recall Tickets to complete the recall. Step 4. My Tickets Mobile and MLB.com Ballpark app With a smartphone, fans are able to access My Indians Tickets by logging into their account within the MLB.com Ballpark app. Within My Tickets Mobile you can browse your ticket inventory, present digital tickets for admission, forward tickets to a friend and recall tickets. How to Use the App After opening the MLB.com Ballpark app, tap the My Indians Tickets button and log in to your account for access to the features. For fans attending separately from their group, it s strongly recommended that tickets be transferred to each individual prior to entry into the ballpark.
