2 How do I download the app? Ask the fan to pull up the following link on their mobile device s browser OR, Ask the fan to scan this QR code on their smartphone Copyright 2010 YinzCam, Inc.

3 On what platforms does it work? Android devices, Android 2.1 and higher iphones and ipods running ios 4.0 and higher Blackberry Storm 2, Torch 9800/9810/9850/9860, Bold 9650/9700/9780, Curve 9350/9360/9370 What about other platforms? The ios version of the app will work on the ipad with 2x magnification An ipad-optimized version does not currently exist The app is not currently supported for Android tablets or the Kindle The app does not work on Windows 7/8 phones or Nokia devices

4 Where do I find the menu? The menu button is the pop-up arrow to at the bottom of the screen It is available on every screen of the app, and can be used to see and select the different menu items

5 How do I get back to the home The home button is the house icon at the bottom of the screen screen? It is available on every screen of the app, and can be used to get back to the home page of the app

6 How do I view live press conferences? Click on Menu > Live Video Click on Live Media on top If there is a live press conference or a live event available outside the stadium, you will see it listed here Hit the Refresh button on the top right-hand corner to refresh the list

7 How do I view replays inside the Enable Location Services under the Settings portion of your device so that GPS is turned on Click on Menu > Live Video Click on Gameday on top You should the screen shown here Click on Live Cameras Our system will use the cellular network (GPS) to determine if you are inside Lucas Oil Stadium stadium? (1)

8 How do I view replays inside the If we cannot determine your location using GPS, you should see the following error message This means that you should try the Wi-Fi network inside Lucas Oil Stadium Go to the Settings portion of your device and enable Wi-Fi. Look for the ColtsWifi network and attach to it. Go back to the app, click Menu > Live Video > Gameday > Live Cameras and repeat the process stadium? (2)

9 Where is the roster? The depth chart? Click on Menu > Team to see the screen shown Click on any of the squares to see the players at that position Swipe the bottom part left to right to see all the players at that position Click on the i button to get more info about the player (see next page)

10 Where is player information? This is the player information page To share this player information on your social networks, click on The social-share screen gives you options to share this information via Facebook, Twitter, , text message, etc.

11 Where can I see news and photos of the game and the team Click on Menu > Media You should see this screen You have a variety of media available, all refreshed as soon as the team has it

12 How do I listen to the radio feed? Click on Menu > Radio You should see this screen Click on the link provided Hit the Refresh button on the top right-hand corner to refresh the feed, if stalled

13 Where can I see the scores of other Click on Menu > League You should see this screen Click on Scores to see outof-town scores for games around the league You can also see when/where these games are being played, and where you can catch them on TV games?

14 How can I buy tickets to a game? Click on Menu > Schedule You should see this screen Click on the Buy Tickets link where you see it

15 How do I find out where barbeque is sold at the stadium? (1) Click on Menu > Fan Zone and scroll down to Stadium Map You should see this first screen In the Search field, type in Barbe and hit enter You should see a list of all locations where barbeque is sold at Lucas Oil Stadium

16 How do I find out where barbeque is sold at the stadium? (2) Click on Menu > Fan Zone and scroll down to Stadium Map You should see this first screen Click on Map and you can now browse what s available in the stadium by level Click the right and left arrows to navigate between levels

17 Broadcast-rights issues Why can t I get replays at home? Broadcast rights prevent us from transmitting the live video and replays outside of Lucas Oil Stadium Why can t get I get the radio feed where I live? Due to media rights, the radio feed is geofenced to the home market territory for the Colts.

18 Create a Video Board Keepsake Go to Menu > Fan Zone > Video Board You should see this screen This allows you to construct a digital keepsake of your photo superimposed on the Lucas Oil Stadium videoboard We do not store your pictures, we do not need access to your photo gallery You pick the image, and the keepsake is stored locally on your device

19 Problem at The Stadium? Go to Menu > Fan Zone > Problem Reporting You should see this screen Input your section, row & seat then select the issue you are having followed by any comments After hitting submit your message will be sent to the appropriate stadium personnel

20 Mobile Photo of the Game Go to Menu > Fan Zone > Photos of the Day You should see this screen Select your in-stadium (only) photo then submit Your photo will be sent to Colts personnel for video board selection

21 What s new with the app this season? You have an interesting noise meter under Menu > Decibel Meter Use it to discover how loud it gets inside Lucas Oil Stadium You will receive push notifications if you enable them For interesting events, such as player trades You will be able to view live press conferences You will be able to enjoy in-stadium-only live replays and live camera angles You have an interactive concessions menu for Lucas Oil Stadium

22 How do I report an error/issue? Or make a feature request? Click on Menu > More > Feedback Fill out the Feedback form that you see here Hit Submit on the top left-hand corner. It will be received by [email protected] Alternatively, send directly to [email protected] indicating the issue and the type of device you re using the app on
