To coordinate your outing, the Cubs recommend speaking with a Group Sales Representative to discuss the best seating options, promotions and extras for your group. You'll have the ability to select where your group is seated, how your seats are arranged and learn about exclusive group opportunities for the 2016 season. When can I purchase Cubs group tickets? Group tickets are on sale now and can be purchased by calling our Group Sales team at (773) or ing cubsgrouptickets@cubs.com. You also may visit our website at /groups. What methods of payment are accepted for Cubs group tickets? MasterCard is the preferred card of the Chicago Cubs. MasterCard, American Express, Discover and VISA are accepted. Orders paid with a check can be mailed to the Chicago Cubs Ticket Office at 1060 W. Addison St., Chicago, IL Full payment is due at the time of order. Will my group receive special recognition at the Cubs game? Through the Cubs' Group Leader Benefits program, qualifying group members can receive on- field experiences, in -game scoreboard messages and other fun gifts and opportunities. Please contact a Group Sales Representative for details. Where can our group park on gameday? Fans are strongly encouraged to use public transportation going to and from Cubs games. The CTA Red Line provides direct service to Wrigley Field via the accessible station at Addison Street. During night and weekend games, the Cubs will provide free parking and shuttle services from 3900 North Rockwell St., located just east of the Chicago River immediately south of Irving Park Road. Services begin approximately two and a half hours before first pitch and drop off at Wrigley Field. Busses are offered complimentary staging on Irving Park Road between Clark and Seminary. Drivers must remain with their vehicle. Pre paid bus parking passes are not available in For ADA dropoff needs, please contact your Group Sales Representative. What is the cancellation/refund policy? The Cubs allow 10 percent of your full priced ticket order to be refunded, provided that the tickets are returned at least 10 days prior to the game. There will be no refunds for discounted tickets. All sales are final. Refunds will not be made for changes in game time, weather- related delays or other reasons. Tickets for a postponed game will grant access to the makeup game. What types of experiences are available for special interest groups or community organizations? The Cubs schedule Special Group Nights available throughout the season. Groups such as youth baseball, police, fire and scouts have exclusive games devoted to their organizations.
