1 Instructions for Creating or Validating Your Cana Online Account We are excited about our new online shop! Click if you want to know more about what our online shop can do for you. If you are ready to get online with Cana, please use these instructions to get your account set up. Are you a member of our wine club? If yes, click here: Validate My Account For Wine Club Members Do you already receive our mailing list? If yes, click here: Validate My Account For Mailing List Subscribers Otherwise, follow the instructions below to create your account. Create My Account Type or navigate to and select SHOP on the menu bar. Select My Account or Sign In. 1

2 In the next screen, you will be asked to enter your billing address and credit card information. You will need to enter each of these items separately (hitting the appropriate save button each time). Next, navigate to the Shipping Address on the left bar, right underneath Billing Information. 2

3 Now, enter your shipping address and press Save Address. Then, check the box to make it your default shipping address and press Save. Perhaps you live close by and you intend to order for pickup. Our ecommerce system still requires you to enter your shipping address to complete a purchase, so it s easier to save it now. When you are checking out, you will have the option to select Ship or Pickup. Now, you are ready to go! Select Continue Shopping on the left bar to begin browsing our store. 4 Validate My Account For Cana Wine Club Members If you are a member of our wine club, you already have an account with us. The first step is to validate your account. The quickest way to get started is by navigating to Alternately, you can select Sign In, located in the upper right hand corner of the Shop home, and click the check box, I am an existing Club Member or select Verify Your Account (refer to the image below). Either way, the website will return the Verify Your Account screen, shown next. 4

5 You have two choices for validating your account: entering your registered address, or the requested account information. Please choose your favorite option, enter the information and hit continue. You will be taken to the Account Activation page. 5

6 When you click on Login, it will take you back to the Sign In page. Enter your address and the password you just created to get started. The next screen will pull up your wine club information. On the Club Membership tab, you have the opportunity to update your Billing Address, Credit Card Information, or Shipping address. Update only one type of information at a time, and press the appropriate save button. In order to update your credit card s expiration date, you will need to enter the 6

7 complete credit card number in, too. If there s nothing to update, select Billing Information tab on the left hand side. Although you can view and edit your club membership information, your Cana online account is stored separately from your club membership. In order to take advantage of our online store, you need to enter and save your Billing Information and Shipping Address. You can use a different credit card or address than the one you have on file for your wine club, if you want to. Please enter the billing address and press Save Address before entering and saving your credit card information. Next, navigate to Shipping Address (on the left bar, just underneath Billing Information ). You can create multiple shipping addresses (for example, to home, work, a relative s house), but save each one separately. Once an address has been saved, it will appear in Saved Addresses. You can set your default shipping address from there. Perhaps you live close by and you intend to order for pickup. Our ecommerce system still requires you to enter your shipping address to complete a purchase, so it s easier to save it now. When you 7

8 are checking out, you will have the option to select Ship or Pickup. You can access your online order history by logging in and selecting Order History. 9 Validate My Account For Customers Already on the Cana Vineyards Mailing List If you receive mailing list, you probably already have an account with us (if you signed up in the tasting room, anyway). To begin, go to the Sign In page: Alternately, from our Shop home page, you can select Sign In, or My Account. Click on the Forgot Your Password? link. Enter the address that you registered with us. You will be sent an with a temporary password. [Note: If your is not recognized, click here: Create My Account.] Please keep your client open, because you ll need it once more in a moment. 9

10 Enter your address and your temporary password in the Login screen. The website will require you to validate your account by going to a link. You will need to enter your address again. (Even though you are not a wine club member, this is the process for verifying your existing account.) 10
