Every time you purchase eligible HP products and services to sell to your customers, you can earn points in the HP Rewards program. Your points will be converted to cash onto your HP Rewards Visa prepaid card! Then you can use your cash to... 3 Claiming your rewards It s simple! Claiming couldn t be easier! No need to upload sales details or fax in invoices... we do all the hard work for you. Each month, your company allocator will simply log into the HP Rewards website to view the company s points. These points are automatically calculated based on your company s eligible purchases from HP Distributors in the previous month. Rewards points can be split up between each sales rep within your company, and once allocated, points will be transferred as cash in due time onto your individual HP Rewards Visa prepaid card. Your company allocator has 30 days to allocate the points from the date they become available. Registration Partners who have not participated in HP Rewards before are required to register for HP Rewards Don t delay start earning cash today! Simply go to the HP Rewards website: hprewards.com.au and click on the Register for HP Rewards button to join. If you participated in last year s program, simply login as usual at hprewards.com.au with your existing login details to re-register. You will be asked to update your details and re-accept the terms & conditions for the program. Minimum Rewards: Partners must have earned 20 points ($20) before they will receive a HP Rewards Visa prepaid card. A minimum of 20 points is also required each month for reward dollars to be loaded onto the HP Rewards Visa prepaid card. Maximum Rewards: Over the course of the program you have the opportunity to earn a maximum of 15 thousand points for Printing and Personal Systems and 15 thousand points for Enterprise Group. That s an extra $15K per business unit, just for selling HP. After you hit your business unit cap, the additional points will not be converted to cash, but can still be used towards any ranking promotions. 4 HP Rewards Visa prepaid card The HP Rewards Visa prepaid card is used just like an ordinary debit card, you have the ability to use the card anywhere Visa is accepted! You can only use the funds that are available on the card and the card cannot go into debit. The HP Rewards Visa prepaid card has ATM access which means you can withdraw cash at any ATM around the world. A minimum of 20 points ($20) must be reached before you receive an HP Rewards Visa prepaid card. Activating the Card/Checking the Card Balance The card must be activated before you can use it. The card can be activated online at: hprewardsvisa.com The above website will also allow you to set a PIN on the card for ATM access and view all ofyour previous transactions.
