Resampling OFF means that any change in size will keep the same number f pixels fr the pht, BUT the pixels will lk bigger r smaller. - Scale Styles gverns shadws, lighting, highlights, etc. and re-sizes when yu resize the image - Cnstrain Prprtins keep the same aspect rati f the image - use Resampling t stretch image and create mre pixels but will blur image.
