2 BETTER THAN EVER! HOW TO REGISTER Below you will find a list events happening at Eastman during Meliora Weekend. Events listed with R indicate events that you must register for to attend. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 30 All forms and full payment must be received by September 30 at noon EDT. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards and personal checks. Debit cards cannot be accepted. CHANGE YOUR REGISTRATION To make additions to your registration, go to our website and click Create an Account/Sign-In in the top right-hand corner of the homepage. Sign in and go to the Schedule of Events to select your additional programs. Follow through to checkout and payment processing. CANCELLATION POLICY To cancel a reservation or guest, you must indicate changes in writing and fax to (585) or alumni@rochester.edu. Written requests for cancellations must be received by September 25 to receive a refund, less a $10 processing fee. Due to catering and logistical commitments, no refunds will be given after this date. MELIORA WEEKEND PASS A Meliora Weekend Pass is required to participate in Meliora Weekend activities and includes complimentary access to: New Science & Engineering Quad Dedication and Celebration Barbecue Eastman Recitals, Rehearsals and Tours Alumni After Hours Mixers Meliora Village Ben Folds Concert (first come, first served, on-site) The cost of the pass is $15. Please note that there are a limited number of tickets available for certain events. All events are subject to change.
