In an area of about 2,000 square meters, 5,000 guests are expected to get innovative und sustainable products and services about the mentioned topics. Nov. 10:00-17:00 Hrs Course & Lectures programm As an exhibitor, therapist, doctor or a studio, you would have the opportunity to shape the programme of Fair according to your courses and lectures of 45 minutes each. Please take advantage of a broad audience to share your knowledge and experience. Exhibitor As a fair exhibitor you can directly reach your target audience, can sell your products or inform about your Yoga School, Ayurveda Studio, Apparels, Jewellery or trainings. You have the following option to choose from: Market Place starting from 2,25 square meters Aisle stands starting from 6 square meters Corner stands starting from 6 square meters Headstands of 12 square meters Foyer Main Sponsors Place Culinary We have reserved a special place for vegan cuisine! The display kitchen can be booked for your special recipe suggestions. Besides, there is an exhibitor area available especially for catering. 3 Foyer Main Stand MAK (Museum of applied arts) is the first museum built on the Ring and is one of the big names in art and culture world. There are two exclusive exhibit spaces of 44 m2 each available for you at the entrance area (Left and Right entrance area) Price: 6.600,- I want to book showroom number according to the Hall plan. All extra stand construction components can be booked from our construction partner for the Fair (see more below). I want to book Fair stand number according to the Hall plan. I want to book a large Fair stand m deep and m wide. I want to set- up and use my own stand at YOGA- Booth. Marketplace (Table Fair) Marketplace (Table Fair) is our solution for small businesses. Here you can rent a table space i.e. we rent you a presentation space of 2.25 m2 (1.5 m x 1.5 m) where you can place your table. Stands can not be set up with type of booking. Use of Roll- Ups is allowed. In case you need electricity at your table place, it has to be booked separately. I want to book the following from the two options. 4 Electricity Connection Please plan carefully before booking the electricity connection needed for your stand. Please note that if you use a device that has higher power consumption than the capacity of wires planned as per you booking, it may lead to a short circuit. In this case, the exhibitor would be liable to pay the following charges. 250 W Laptop, Mobile, Charger etc. Euro 50, W Spotlight, Electric Kettle, Coffee machine, Iron, TV, Projector etc.. I do not need any electricity connection and bindingly cancel any requirement for same. Euro 150,- Please note that for all subsequent requests regarding change of electricity connection, a handling fee of 50 would be changed. 5 Seminars & Workshops Fair stand Main hall YogaPLANET offers you the opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with visitors of the Fair in the form of workshops and lectures. Your Seminar/Lecture or Workshop would be publicized and promoted in Fair programme, on the website and locally. You would get a free time window for your appearance by booking a Fair stand with a minimum area of 6 m2. It is subject to availability. If you wish to give more lectures/workshops or if you have not booked any Fair stand, the charge per Seminar/Workshop is 280. Duration per Lecture/Workshop is 45 Minutes. Projector (only in lecture area), sound system and microphone are part of facilities provided at site and must not be brought along. If additional technical aids such as Flipchart, Overhead projector etc. are needed, they must be arranged by the speaker himself or by the Workshop- Initiator.
