Last year, over people came to experience this unique event joining two trade fairs under one umbrella. This year again the organizers are looking forward to present an inspiring, healthy and positive gathering to learn, experience, discover, share and transform. Be part of it! The display kitchen can be booked for your special recipe suggestions. Besides, there is an exhibitor area available especially for catering. All extra stand construction components can be booked from our construction partner of the trade fair. (see more below). For stands of culinary art, there are additional costs of 18,- / m2. I want to book trade fair stand number according to the Hall plan. I want to book a large trade fair stand m deep and m wide. I want to set- up and use my own stand at the trade fair. Marketplace (Table Fair) Our solution for small businesses! If you don t have your own table, you can also rent a table space of 2.25 m2 (1.5 m x 1.5 m). Use of roll- ups is allowed. In case you need electricity at your table place, please book seperately. I want to book one place for an information table 275 I want to book one place for a sales table 350 Electricity Connection Please plan carefully before booking the electricity connection needed for your stand. If you re using a device of higher power consumption than the capacity of wires planned within your booking, it may lead to a short circuit. In this case, the exhibitor would be liable to pay the following charges! Please note also that for all requests regarding change of electiricy connection, a handling fee of 50 would be charged. 250 W notebook, mobile, charger etc. Euro 60, W spotlight, electric kettle, coffee machine, iron, TV, projector etc. Euro 180,- I don t need any electricity connection and bindingly cancel any requirement for same. 4 Seminars & Workshops YOGA PLANET & VEGAN PLANET are offering the opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with visitors of the trade fair in the form of workshops and lectures. Your seminar/lecture or workshop would be promoted within the trade fair programme, on our website and locally. You would get a free time window for your appearance by booking a trade fair stand of the size of 6 square meters minimum. (subject to availability) If you wish to give more lectures/workshops or if you have not booked any trade fair stand, the charge per seminar/workshop is 280. Duration of lecture/workshop: 45 Minutes. Projector (only in lecture area), sound system and microphone are part of facilities provided at site and must not be brought along. If additional technical aids such as flipchart, overhead projector etc. are needed, they must be arranged by the speaker himself or by the Workshop- Initiator.
