2 Dear Colleagues, after the»side trip«to our»central Office Hometown«Essen in Northrine- Westphalia last year, the International Practice Enterprise Trade Fair will return to Baden-Wuerttemberg to the city of Karlsruhe this year! So the 51 st International Practice Enterprise Trade Fair will take place from 17. to 19. November 2015 in Karlsruhe»Gartenhalle«(Gardenhall) (Ettlingen Straße, Karlsruhe) The Gardenhall, we already enjoyed during the 41 st Trade Fair 2005 taking place there, located in the heart of Karlsruhe, meets our requirements in size and offers a direct connection to the beautiful inner city of Karlsruhe. The seminar rooms will be located in the»stadthalle«(civic center) opposite to the Gardenhall. Some details regarding this year s trade fair in advance: 1. This year again it is possible to book corner stands at additional charge. Since the quantity is limited, we will distribute the space in the order of arrival of registrations. You can choose»right/left corner stand«only if you use your own stand. Please appreciate, that for logistic reasons this choice is not possible for rental stands. 2. In case that you share a stand with two or more Practice Enterprises we ask you to make sure that the stand is constantly staffed. If Practice Enterprises have to alternate with one another we expressly ask you to assure, that decoration will be changed out of fair business hours only (as of 17:00 h). Please let us know the duration, each PE is exhibiting (please use form Registration b). We need this information to pass it on to visitors and exhibitors. 3. Exhibition space can be booked only for the whole duration of the fair.

3 Organizational matters: 1. Fair business starts on Tuesday at 10:00 h. Setting up and decorating have to be finished on Tuesday, not later than 9:30 h. 2. Contrary to last year s trade fair in Essen, where the event stage was located separately, this year a stage for events will be built up in the fair hall. Each Practice Enterprise (PE) is invited to use this stage for it s special purpose: to present your Practice Enterprise or school, arrange games, launch a discussion forum etc.). For details you will get separate information. 3. As usual you are invited to a short fair briefing, taking place on Tuesday at 9:00h at the event stage. Here you will get latest information and have the opportunity to clarify organizational details and open questions. It should be at least one representative of each booth attending. 4. To ensure internet access a hotspot will be established. 5. Once again a final conference with all teachers and trainers will be conducted. We want to discuss the results of the trade fair and are looking forward to your assessment and suggestions for improvement. It might seem self-explanatory, but we would like to mention it nonetheless: Any and all fees stated in our forms are in no way to be understood as virtual. They are in all cases real fees. Our advice: Since the Gardenhall s capacity is limited to approx. 110 stands, you should register a.s.a.p. Cancellation of your participation will be free-of-charge up to 25.
