Balkan Trade Bridge 2014 will emphasize foreign trade issues of Bulgaria, and after a brief discussion on topic The promotion of foreign trade factor for economic prosperity, a series of pre-arranged one-to-one business meetings between purchasing managers and potential suppliers from Bulgaria and region are going to be held. This event will be organized according to the reverse trade show model, which is opposite to the traditional trade events. 3 DESCRIPTION Balkan Trade Bridge 2014 is first of its kind event in Bulgaria which will be held on 4 th December 2014 in Sofia. The event will be organized within Bulgaria Economic Forum. Date: Wednesday, December 4, 2014 Time: ч. Venue: Sofia Format: round table + Reverse trade show (B2B meetings) Official language: English About the event Individual pre-arranged business meetings between "Purchasing Managers" from companies from Bulgaria and the region (buyers) with their potential suppliers, producers of products and services in Bulgaria and the region (suppliers). This event will be organized according to the reverse trade show model, which is opposite to the traditional trade events. In this format buyers are exhibitors and from the other side pre-scheduled suppliers will attend the meeting. 6 BIG BUYER PACKAGE FREE OF CHARGE (up to 6 October 2014*) Eligible companies for this package are large enterprises according to the definition under the Law for Small & Medium-sized Enterprises of Bulgaria. Subject to verification and approval by the Organizer. Exception: SME could become Big Buyer subject to payment of 1,000 excluding VAT. 7 STANDARD PACKAGE FREE OF CHARGE The number of companies that can become partners of the event with a standard package is limited. Applications will be accepted until October 31, 2014 via a filled in application form. Evaluation criteria: the company have to be small or medium-sized enterprises in accordance with the definition in the Law of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Bulgaria. The accuracy of the information will be verified by the Organizer. Once you submit the form within 5 working days you will be notified by the Organizer if you are approved for participation. Important: If there are no meetings requested by producers of goods and services (suppliers) to meet with the company until November 15, 2014, the company participation will be cancelled.
