It is mounted to trnsformer tnk y tp chnger hed flnge. By the opertion method, tp chnger cn e divided into motor driving t mn position, nd mnul drive mechnism operting t mn position s well s hnd wheel mnul opertion on the top. By the dimensions of contct circle dimeter, tp chnger cn e divided into type A nd type B. Tp chnger hed flnge cn e either ell type mounting or stndrd tnk mounting type. By tp chnger internl structure, it cn e divided into liner, singleridging, douleridging, YD chngeover, seriesprllel chngeover nd reversing. Refer to tle 2 for the sic connection methods code nd Fig. 2 for connection schemtic digrms. 2. Type explntion Due to the different comintions of numer of phses, mximum rted through current, the highest voltge for equipment nd connections, type WSL offcircuit tp chnger comes with vrious models. The mximum rted through current Ium: The highest rted through current for which the tp chnger is designed for nd which forms the sis for ll current relted tests Short circuit current test According to IEC : 2003, ll contcts continuously crrying the current shll e le to withstnd 2s (±10%) short circuit test current without melting, deformtion or mechnicl dmge. Menwhile the strting pek current vlue shll e 2.5 (± 5%) times of the root mens squre vlue of rted short circuit test current. Voltge grdient of tp chnger internl insultion usully occurs during the trnsformer lightning impulse test nd inductive withstnd voltge test. It chnges with the tp positions. It must e checked when selecting the tp chnger to ensure the conformity with insultion requirement. Specil Design This technicl dt is including relevnt prmeters of common tp chngers; specil design will e considered ccording to the requirements y client, such s ig current rting or specil connections. Plese contct us for specil requirement with detils technicl dt. For single phse offcircuit tp chnger, plese contct us for relevnt overll dimensions. 6. Opertion Method 6.1 Hnd wheel opertion Drive the min shft of the tp chnger directly through hnd wheel on the top of the tp chnger, thus to relize the tp chnging. 6.2 Mnul drive mechnism t mn position The mnul drive mechnism is mounted on one side of the trnsformer tnk, y which operte the tp chnger through the drive shft nd evel gerox. Refer to ppendix for overll dimensions nd mounting schemtic digrm Motor drive unit t mn position Using of CMA9 or CMA7 motor drive unit to relize the motor driving for the tp chnger. Refer to Huming tp chnger type selecting mnul for overll dimensions nd tle 5 for technicl dt of motor drive unit. Motor drive unit is mounted on the side of trnsformer, driving the tp chnger through driving shft nd evel gerox. It is suitle for the tp chnger required frequently tp chnging or remote opertion, see drwing in ppendix.
