Mke sure there re no hidden pipes or cles hidden in the wll where you intend to drill. Wer sfety goggles, shoes nd pproprite clothing. BEFORE INSTALLATION Check tht the shower try is level in ll directions. The enclosure will not sit correctly on n uneven surfce. If uneven, the wll chnnels my not fit nd the doors my not shut correctly. The enclosure should e fitted on tiled wlls which re seled with wterproof grout. There must e good silicone sel etween the rim of the shower try nd the wll. The shower try nd the enclosure must mtch in size. Attempting to fit the incorrect size of enclosure to the shower try will result in wter leks. Alwys check very crefully tht components re verticl. Equipment needed: Drill, 6.5mm Msonry Bit,.5mm & 3mm Metl Bits (generl), Crosshed Screwdriver, 16mm Spnner, Spirit Level, Pencil, Tpe Mesure, Msking Tpe, Silicone Selnt. Note: The screws nd wll plugs supplied re for msonry wlls. For lightweight wlls i.e. stud prtition, plsterord etc, use the correct type of fixings. CUSTOMER CARELINE

IMPORTANT: Clen the try nd sel the gp etween the try surfce nd tiles. It is importnt tht the try is seled right up to the try edge so tht the ottom of the wll chnnel is seled. Filure to do this will cuse wter to lek under the wll chnnel nd etween the try nd tiles, resulting in dmp ptches on the wll nd under the try.

Note: The following instructions show instlltion of the Qudrnt. 3 c Inside ø 6.5 mm 3mm = Door widths 800 = mm 900 = mm : Plce the wll chnnels on the try ensuring they re verticl nd n equl distnce ck from the front of the try. Plce msking tpe ginst the wll efore mrking drill hole positions, this will help prevent the drill it slipping. Drill 6.5mm holes, 30mm deep nd insert the wll plugs. : Apply selnt to the ck of the wll chnnels. c: Fix the wll chnnels to the wlls using 8 x 3mm screws nd screw cps. = = : Plce the ottom ril onto the try with its end mouldings inserted into the wll chnnels. : Centre the ottom ril etween the wll chnnels so tht there is n equl gp t ech end. 3

4 5 6 fce of fixed pnel fce of fixed pnel fce of fixed pnels Push fit the 'flipper sels' onto the top nd ottom edges of oth fixed pnels - flush ginst the metl profile. Ensure the flipper sel 'flps' re on the inside of the fixed pnels. Note: Wetting the glss with wter will help fit the sels. Position the fixed pnels into the wll chnnels nd slide down so tht they fully slot onto the end mouldings of the ottom ril. 7 Position the top ril onto the top of the fixed pnels/wll chnnels. Ensure the top ril is fully pushed down.

5 8 18mm ø 3 mm From inside 10mm Check the door frme is verticl nd is centrlly positioned etween the wll chnnels. From inside the enclosure, in the 6 positions shown, drill through the wll chnnels into the fixed pnels. Importnt: The top holes MUST e 18mm down from the top. Drill using 3mm drill it. Fix using 6 x 10mm screws nd screw cps. 9 Inside of fixed pnel Inside of fixed pnel PN0350 PN mm PN5088 : Attch x glss clmps to ech of the horizontl rils (t edge of glss) using 10mm screws, tighten y hnd only - do not overtighten. Push fit glss clmp covers. : Select the short verticl sels (PN0350), fit the sels to oth fixed pnels. Importnt: Sels must sit tight ginst glss clmps (top nd ottom). Importnt: Sel 'flippers' must e on inside of the enclosure. Note: Wetting the glss with wter will help fit the sels. 5

6 10 11 PN0335 PN0335 PN8056 PN8056 fce of door PN8056 fce of door Inside Fit the door hndles (PN60510) to the door ensuring the wshers fit etween the glss nd hndle. : Select the long verticl sels (PN0335), fit the sels onto the ck edge of the doors. Ensure the flipper sel 'flps' re on the outside of the doors. : Push fit 'mgnetic sels' (PN8056) onto the closing edge of the doors (the sme side s door hndle). Note: Ensure the mgnetic sels re positioned s shown. Note: Wetting the glss with wter will help fit the sels. 1 From inside Top of doors From outside From inside Bottom of doors : From inside the enclosure, position the top wheels into the top ril. : From outside the enclosure with the door closed, push down the 'plungers' on oth ottom wheels, position into the ottom ril nd relese. Repet with other door. 6

7 13 Adjust from outside Mgnetic sels From inside Door djustment: The wheels t the top of the doors my need djusting so tht the doors slide freely nd the mgnetic sels meet evenly when the doors re closed. : From outside the enclosure nd with the doors closed, djust the screws on the top wheels. The ottom wheels should e securely locted in the ottom ril ut the door must not e rised so high tht the 'plungers' on the ottom wheels do not operte. : The 'plungers' on the ottom wheels cn e pushed down to unclip the doors which will llow ccess to clen the doors nd fixed pnels. 1 From outside - top only From inside - top nd ottom : From outside the enclosure push fit the outer wheel covers onto the wheels t the top of the doors. : From inside the enclosure push fit the inner wheel covers onto the wheels t the top nd ottom of the doors. 7

8 15 Push fit the top cps (PN5093/509) onto the wll chnnels mm From the outside only, pply selnt to the ottom of the enclosure nd 50mm up the wll chnnels nd verticl joints s shown. Recycling Pckging:- The crdord nd polythene prts of this pckging cn e recycled. End of life:- This product contins mterils such s luminium nd glss which cn e recycled. Plese contct your locl uthority to find your nerest recycling centre. IMPORTANT: You must not use the shower for hours fter instlltion of the enclosure. DO NOT use lech, scouring powders, solvents or other ggressive clening gents. To clen, use wrm sopy wter nd clen cloth nd rinse off. Plese note: There hs een glss coting pplied to this product, use squeegee to remove wter nd deris. Periodiclly check ll fixings nd tighten if necessry.
