When setting the mximum pressure t the strt of opertion, fully open the relief vlve's djusting screw. djust the pressure only while the ctutor is stopped t the stroke end or the lod is the mximum. Clockwise rottion of the pressure djusting screw increses the pressure. he pressure chnges y 10 MP {100 kgf/cm 2 } per revolution of the djusting screw. Since the pump is unloded when the directionl control vlve is t the neutrl position, it is not necessry to fully open the relief vlve when strting the pump once the relief vlve hs een set. Directly connect the piping to the tnk without merging it with other piping. If it is merged with other piping, use lrger pipes. pilot pressure of 1.2 MP {12 kgf/cm 2 } is required to chieve full stroke of the vlve. In n ppliction where the lod is smll nd the pump pressure does not rise up to 1.2 MP {12 kgf/cm 2 }, select n externl pilot model nd provide the required pilot pressure. Since this vlve incorportes pressure compenstion vlve with meter-in control, ck pressure vlve such s counter lnce vlve needs to e inserted etween the outlet port of the ctutor nd this vlve if negtive lod will e pplied. his vlve cn incorporte only one pressure compenstion vlve. herefore, when two directionl control vlves re used, the pressure compenstion function opertes only for the directionl control vlve closer to the inlet vlve.
