2 Welcome To Our Team! Meridian Parks and Recreation is very excited to bring CableOne back in 2015! After kicking off the program in 2007, we ve had eight extremely successful seasons. Last year, an estimated 1,500-2,500 people flocked to Settlers Park every Friday in the summer to participate in what has become Meridian s biggest slumber party! We re hoping to build on that success and make 2015 our best season yet! This program is designed to provide Meridian residents with a series of fun and inexpensive events to attend during those beautiful summer evenings. Every Friday from the beginning of June through the end of August, we will set up our huge, 30 x17 inflatable movie screen and invite the public to enjoy a family friendly movie for FREE! CableOne Movie Night in Meridian provides a great community atmosphere and has already become a favorite summer activity of many Meridian families. The fact that CableOne Movie Night in Meridian is free to the public is the biggest reason why it s been such a huge success and that is only possible with the help from a great team of sponsors. Please read the following pages to learn more about the different sponsorship levels that are available and to decide which level is right for your organization. 3 Demographic/Participant Information A short, informal demographic survey was conducted at all events during the 2014 season. A total of 5,632 responses were collected. Here are the results: Gender Demographics MALE 44% FEMALE 56% Age Demographics In short, Movie Night is for families!

4 Presenting Sponsor 2 Available For $3,000 you will receive: Recognition as the series presenting sponsor for one (1) full season in all promotional efforts such as TV, newspaper, radio, s, internet, and flyers. One season will include up to fourteen (14) shows during the summer months of June, July and August. The opportunity to set up a booth at each show during your season. The opportunity to insert one (1) sixty (60) second advertisement into the premovie video at each show during your season. Your logo displayed and your business or organization s name spoken in the Sponsored by portion of the welcoming video at every show. The opportunity to hang one (1) banner on the movie screen and up to two (2) banners no wider than eight (8) feet each around the seating area at each show. Banners around seating area must be free-standing. There will be no fences, trees, buildings, etc around the seating area to hang your banner on. Your logo linked to your website on the City of Meridian website above the movie schedule the CableONE page. Your logo in the Meridian Parks and Recreation Summer Activity Guide in the advertisement for the upcoming season. Over 25,000 copies are distributed through direct mail and in the Meridian Press. The guide is also promoted heavily online throughout the summer. *Available only if sponsorship is confirmed by March 31 st. Your logo at the top of the CableONE flyers that are distributed throughout the season.

5 Single Night Sponsor 13 Available For $500 you will receive: Recognition as one event s sponsor in all promotional efforts for that event. The opportunity to promote your business or organization at your movie night through product displays, sampling, demonstrations, etc. It is also encouraged to organize activities that add to the appeal of your movie night. Examples include bounce houses, live bands, games, raffles, etc. The opportunity to insert one (1) thirty (30) second advertisement into the premovie video at your movie night. The opportunity to hang up to two (2) banners no wider than eight (8) feet each around the seating area during your show. Banners around seating area must be free-standing. There will be no fences, trees, buildings, etc around the seating area to hang your banner on. Your logo linked to your website on the City of Meridian website next to your event s listing on the CableONE page. Your logo next to your event s listing on the CableONE Movie Night in Meridian flyers that are distributed throughout the season.

6 Single Night Sponsor 13 Available For $150 you will receive: A single slide promoting your business will be displayed on the movie screen prior to the start of the Movie Night welcoming video at one event. Slide specifications will be provided. Amount of time between when it s dark enough for the slide to be legible and when the welcoming video begins is approximately minutes. This would include the time when the event emcee is standing in front of the screen, addressing the crowd to thank sponsors and conduct any raffles or give-aways that might be happening that night.
